I downloaded it from MegaUp. It gives me an EXE file. I run it, it gives me a .rar file. I open that, it needs a password. What do I do?

Every download link on here gives me the .exe. Also, for MegaUp, that's exactly the button I pressed to begin with..
Edit: Every download link from IGG. (MegaUp, Uploaded, Google Drive, etc)
