u can extract it easily using Winrar and then you will have a setup use it and enjoy ;)

Simply, use your winrar to OPEN .iso file, then extract it to new folder.
or / extract .iso file and use Daemon tool / ultra iso solfware to open.

Extracting iso files may cause problems sometimes, So it is advised to mount it with deamon tools.
