if you downloaded cards from external sites, you most likely need the HF patch or Kpatch in order for them to work. For more characters in vanilla, access the "create character" section, then download. There's a lot of pages and some of them are actually good.

It looks like you need the actual VR DLC installed if you want that compatibility. This download does not seem to include really any of the DLC. I'll see if I can put in a suggestion.
It's like Honey select. there's regular Honey select and honey select ultimate. Honey Select ultimate is the official english release of the game. the regular Honey Select is the original japanese version of the game. Why should you get the original over the english? because the english release doesn't have all the DLC, updates, etc, that the japanese version has. and I don't think it's compatible with the english release of the game. The english release is far behind the japanese release so i think getting the japanese release would be better since there's more support and less frustration with putting mods and such in the game. But i haven't been seeing anyone making a fuss about the english version of this game and it's mod compatibility so i could be wrong about that.
the patch is compatible with BOTH versions.... clearly you know next to nothing about modding - the person who made this patch is known as ManlyMarco... He's English -_-' it would make no sense for an English based modder to make a mod that is incompatible with his own native tongue... Furthermore updates on a game like this have zero impact on mod compatibility because the ini files remain the same. So unless they do a huge update that adds a crazy amount of content to the base game, an update isn't going to break the mod. This isn't skyrim lol.

No, the file size is exactly 4.9 gb, or 5,357,973,504 bytes on disk size. 2nd, no, I copied the file into my own GD and download it there. Also, only part 2 can be extracted without problem so the issue is only my part 1. When I opened, the game runs but there's only blank screen

ya, get both parts. google drive is always your best bet, after that is http://mega.nz and uptobox after that. the other links are usually a waste of time. once you have them, open them with either 7-zip or winrar (7-zip is the superior software but some still prefer winrar) then extract them to an area. you only have to extract part 1, the way the files are named will let the software automatically unpack them all into one area. after you extract them, some games will either have an .iso file that installs the game automatically (this is mostly for AAA studio games), or some will just be the game's files and data that you can play as soon as you extract it
Yes download both part 1 and 2, and then put them together at the same folder and do the usual installation normally. The game is divided by parts because of many reasons. The most common one is that when you'll be uploading the entire game it will surpass the size limit of upload (so let's say the ADM can only upload 5GB per file on Google Drive, because that's the limit of his paid account or the servers won't support any more than this. And the game is 10GB! the ADM won't be able to upload the game entirelly on a single file, so that's when he divides it by parts and upload the parts one at a time. AND THEN, when the parts are put together they'll make the full game). So basically the parts are parts of the game, not its complete version. It'll only be complete when you download all the parts. Just like puzzle pieces :)
I installed the uncensored and story patch and the extra mods, but I get an error message "14x Unable to save config entry" when I start the game and the loading screen stays frozen with the Illusion logo. Edit: I can start the character studio and I also get the same error, but with the numbers 15 and 2 when I start it and 3 when I want to exit it, but I can't run the main game. Edit 2: I found the solution. The exe files of Koikatsu Party and CharaStudio did not run as administrator, so I changed that and the game works now.

you can have the character itself in the game just with the card, but some cards need mods for a more accurate character design, i downloaded a (full) modded koikatsu and most cards i used didnt have missing hair or accessories

To be honest I think without mods it will be not easy to make a real out of bound character, While there is a good amount of option for the size of everything, there is not a lot of Hair and Eyes model (outside of the comon and magical-girlu-with-as-pupil comon) and slider aren't as permissive on that ( can modify the base hair, but can't custom the side and back hair). So IMO, making character that are not from popular franchise ? Good luck without custom added model.. But I'm not a pro, I'm sure some genius of creativity will achieve crazy things with the base game :) Don't get me wrong I'm not saying the game is trash, but for a game aimed to "create your own waifu" , I really feel the content in the base game is really low... Yeah that's why Sankaku is way better. Been using it since like 2009 and that site has a more active community which means a lot more of the latest art are uploaded. From what I played the translation in this one is much better. and you can grab all the missing H features via the special patch on Illusions website. A good amount of mods are being released tomorrow as well.

2nd, no, I copied the file into my own GD and download it there. Also, only part 2 can be extracted without problem so the issue is only my part 1. When I opened, the game runs but there's only blank screen
The game is divided by parts because of many reasons. The most common one is that when you'll be uploading the entire game it will surpass the size limit of upload (so let's say the ADM can only upload 5GB per file on Google Drive, because that's the limit of his paid account or the servers won't support any more than this. And the game is 10GB! the ADM won't be able to upload the game entirelly on a single file, so that's when he divides it by parts and upload the parts one at a time. AND THEN, when the parts are put together they'll make the full game). So basically the parts are parts of the game, not its complete version. It'll only be complete when you download all the parts. Just like puzzle pieces :)
Edit: I can start the character studio and I also get the same error, but with the numbers 15 and 2 when I start it and 3 when I want to exit it, but I can't run the main game.
Edit 2: I found the solution. The exe files of Koikatsu Party and CharaStudio did not run as administrator, so I changed that and the game works now.
I'm also under the assumption that the HF patch comes after DLC installation
Get the uncensor selector. It's the most optimal uncensor out there. Everything you need is on the page.
I just simply posted the actual mod I use for my installation. I don't bother with the HF patcher. plus this mod has literally every uncensor that's availabe with Koikatu. This is literally THE uncensor to use if you want the best in terms of options.
In this pack, there's an advanced graphic settings mod plugin.

When the whoops screen appears, add it to your Google Drive.
In your Drive, make a copy of your needed download.
