Hey, Everytime i start the .exe file an error appears for a split second and then dissapears. I´ve disabled Avira and Windows Defender however nothing changed.

I don't know what to say, some of them buggy.I activated all the mods, i started the first( there is 4 scenario) scenario, i just checked, my save is http://working.play that first like me try read on steam, coz these mods are in the workshop,check there maybe you find something
Or send the logfile about that deleted file to the antivirus devs.Tell them it's not virus.You know this is the way.My one did the same few years ago.But now evolved.Never detect any crack-trainer or hack as virus.
Game works fine, everything is good, question tho how do you download mods? the only way I know is steam workshop downloader but it doesn't work for this game.

What do you mean empty? Some scenario is without the city.But that is not a problem we don't need, we need the place where we can build our hq.Also some scenario not working, i can do nothing about it. But still,i removed main mod, i activated all the other mods, and just before the start i placed back the main mod and the first scenario started.It is not magic.
Is there anyway someone has a link that includes the "Sandbox Mod" as you need steam to get it. As there is a game folder in the steam game data folder for this game. The folder is called mods and the mods should be in it. If anyone has a copy of that folder or the mod i would like it as it removes those trees.

try to turn off windows defender's real time protection, and if it says it's a virus still, then go to chrome's download section and if I'm right, you can find an option to let it download. Be careful though because if you are downloading it from megaup one of the ads can make switch up the files, and download a really small rar/7zip file that is a virus
You know what is the problem guys? If your dummie antivirus say it's virus, you never send the logfile to the devs about this"virus".Therefore nothings gonna change ever.But if you guys start sending logfile to devs, sooner or later they will develope your antivirus.
Played for 2 hours: It's not a bad game but I would suggest to play instead 911 operator because the building part is boring, same for the management part.
