I think because it has anticheat... Many games with such are hard to crack... as its MEANT to be MMO WITH singleplayer... From my experience, i havent seen this kinda games cracked very often that REQUIRE somekinda anticheat and i bet its cause game wont run without it, AND it does recognize the crack as hax`?? That was just my own speculation. Now i can FINALLY start playin Guilty Gear series, never ever played so i think iz nice to first see series roots ^_^
