Is it just me or does this sound a lot like Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter?

Downloaded it via Gdrive, but it couldn't be extracted with Winrar. It gave me an error msg like this: "the archive is either in an unknown format or damaged." Any idea what is wrong?

can't move the character by the arrow keys & WASD keys, however, can change general game settings by those keys ... i cant run/play most games lately from this site. Are there any further requirements to meet other than the System Requirement above to play the stem game?
