get stuck in start in the helicopter....cannot do anything

It's like pokemon in VR lol. I don't really mess with VR because I heard people are dying using VR. I read some stuff in a disclaimer about it. I beiieve I read it in the Paranormal game. You can play Paranormal without VR. When it loads up it says all this bad stuff about VR and how it can cause death or health problems. I'll just put my screen in a mode for me to use 3d glasses if I ever have to.
