So how exactly am I supposed to launch the game? There's just a bin and a cue file :/

you need to convert them to an iso. to do this
download winiso or another tool idc
and use it to open the bin file and it will have it as an exe and a bin wich you can mount and install.

tbh one of the most secure ways to pirate a game lol. just convert it to an iso and then convert the iso into a bin/cue.
