To change game language:
In game directory find steam_rld file. Edit file in notepad.
At the bottom you have:
###

Select your language here if available



Language=russian
Simply change it to english and save file.
Game is in English.

Nope not all crack games has "Multiplayer" so if you are willing to ask this question on all "crack games" the answer will be Nope .
