Do NOT DL v1.22.8 as that do NOT have Crash DLC so use the same older version V1.21.17 I dont know if can do 1.22.8 overwrite V1.21.17 if still Crash DLC

Yes, but Dead Cells did not advertise it self as "A GAME THAT'S LIKE DARK SOULS AND METROID!!" it's a metroidvania, but that's where the similarities end, and it does not market itself as IT being one of the principal motives as to why you should buy it
dead cells is a top game of 2018? damn. i played it in an early access version and while i enjoyed other "die and technically start over again" games, dead cell has no charm at all for me.
