To change your name youll need to go to the game folder (right click the game shortcut/ icon and choose "Open file location"), open the file "SteamConfig" change the name from "IGGGames" to your preference in the line "PlayerName = IGGGames" and finally close while saving your changes. Then if you have already started a new game then you'll also have to go to the folder "Profile" and rename the folder "IGGGames" to the one you have previously chosen in SteamConfig.
Don't know if you got your answer but, the King's DLC and Necromatic DLC are only for xbox 360, on pc characters from those DLCs you can get by playing the insane mode. Remember to always click ok to a Firewall.

after i die (or sometimes when i dont) in the campaign it exits out to map, but every location has a lock on it, the buttons do nothing and the game effectively freezes. i then have to quit the game and start over and nothing has saved. any help?

it works if you have 2 controllers i just played it but turn your wifi off and use launcher.exe to launch games! xbox 360 controllers are working i didnt try it with xbox one if you have playstation controllers you can use scptoolkit a program that allows you to use ps controllers as xbox controllers just type it in google and find the source forge download

Yup the games broken, you die randomly and all levels are locked and then you have to restart, the cycle continues. Deleting plugins does not work. Strangely I have never seen this in multiplayer though so if you want to play this game multiplayer is the only option. To play multiplayer (YOU MUST HAVE THE PLUGINS FOLDER) you need to go into online, pick public match or friends and press "X" This should bring up an overlay that will show you everybody currently playing and the lobbies that are open. You can either invite players or join games and then play.
(If you're using a keyboard you must click whatever key that is the invite button.) You can only play with people who are currently using Steam Emu. (The overlay that allows you to play multiplayer.) This download comes bundled with steam emu but you can get it online to use with the steam version of the game or any other game, I use it to play cracked games with my mate.

If you die at the start or at any point of the game for no reason, go in the "SmartSteamEmu" folder inside the game's folder and delete "Plugins". Start the game with "Launcher.exe" and everything should be fixed

Got a small problem, the game doesn't have any sound. No music either. I made sure that my speakers work and that all the ingame sounds work, but everything works fine, except for the game. Would appreciate it if anyone help fix this problem, don't wanna play soundless forever. :(
