The igg mod said that he doesn't have the latest version of this game so he cant update it :( so the only way we will get it is if someone sends him games files or gifts the game to him i guess.
I managed to get the updated files and cracked them myself. Of course if you don't trust me. don't download this. Any idea as to how I would be able to play this game with my friend? I tried the MP Crack posted by BlackHUN, but it didn't work, so.. maybe there are other methods? What about Hamachi?
És hogy sikerült megcsinálnod? Letöltöttem beraktam az eredtei pluginok helyére, de van minden; app error, infinite töltőképernyő, az alk. nem válaszol, vagy csak nem lehet elindítani a játékot. Megnéztem a config file-t de annak a piszkálásával sem jutottam előre. (Egy youtube tutorial nagyon jó lenne!)
egyszerű, a játék plugins mappájából mindent törölsz, majd a fent látható letöltő linkben lévő fájlokat behúzod a plugins mappába és a játék crackelt .exe állományát futtatod. Fontos hogy a rendes steam el legyen indítva, be legyél jelentkezve!
Deleted everything from the plugins folder, replaced it with these and ran the cracked exe with Steam running. Then I could join my friend by opening the Steam friend list separately and clicking Join Game
Your method for some reason doesn't work for me, I literally have the freshest install of Wolfpack. I then downloaded your MP crack, deleted everything in Plugins, put in your crack into the Plugins folder, and once I launch the game and try to make a new lobby, it just throws me back into the lobby list tab after one second or so. Any help would be great.
I dont have a fix for it just general tips: try to unpack the entire game again, or try to download the game from a different link. If it still doesnt work ikd. I've seen other servers so its a problem with your PC
LOL yeah i was right! but some may love this game i never saw another ship and my sub slipped under the water and i wasn't able to get it to surface again. I died when my sub imploded when i sank below 300 meters! I'm going to download silent sub or silent service one of those sub games to me is way more fun than this realistic game the graphics are great! It looks dead on like a real ww2 german submarine! This is not a game you pick up and just start killing ships it's going to take practice and alot of it! I'd call it a real submarine simulator not a game! Anyway learning how to operate the ballast tanks and the negative tanks the negative tanks are used for emergency dives! One point ill let you know when your on the surface TURN ON YOUR COMPRESSOR! or you wont have the air pressure to blow your ballast tanks! and you will NEVER surface. also the bilge pump pumps water out of the bilges if it didn't when your submerged you will sink even faster ( you will have more water in the ship) but when you turn them on submerged keep in mind they are using your compressed air! the air you use to blow your ballast tanks to surface so use the bilge pump but watch that you dont use it too much or again no air to surface! Ok i hope i was able to help some of you future submariners! Thanks again to igg-games for bringing another great looking game!
I know it's a hard game already! ship recognition manual? Being a navy man myself I was a sonar tech and to get the correct angle of attack to launch your torpedo you have to have the correct height of the ship mast so if you get the ship wrong you can pretty much guarantee a miss unless your very lucky! All you will do is lose the surprise aspect and that is so important when attacking with a submarine, once they are alerted from the torpedo sailing by their ship expect depth charges in 5-10 min later with planes ready to bomb you if you try to come have a look around and get your bearings. We had to learn the math by hand so if the computer went down we could still launch our torpedoes. Thank god i got on a surface ship and not a sub! I hope in game this can be turned off or it will be a very hard game indeed! Good luck all! and thanks igg-games!
I wonder if one of the tricky 'cracked multiplayer' methods work with this one. Otherwise I'm checking the performance and going to buy it. - I'm just a gamer, not a salty sea-dog, not even a war-machine enthusiast. I may have calculated a few torpedo-solutions manually in Silent Hunter, but I'd totally bail out if I had to figure out on my own which one is a negative ballast tank, and how it's operated. But that's a multiplayer game, where players man different stations on a sub. Playing it alone would be very hard even if you were an expert of all the functions. I totally want to find a group of merman instead, who wouldn't mind teaching a gamer-landlubber all night until I can reliably keep the ship on periscope-depth or such. I have high hopes.
