No. It's a RPG. There is level up system and if you use the right difficulty you will have to level up some more to be able to destroy stronger bosses. This is not like skyrim who matches to your level all the time. You have to put a bit more time in this and you get rewarded for leveling up. Not sure if you play it on easy mode..

Don't worry, the file's not really harmful or anything. Restoring it almost always fixes the issue. b) It's possible you're missing some pre-requisites such as Visual C++, or maybe even DirectX. It's got nothing to do with the .dll files, but bear with me. I always have every version of Visual C++ (2005-2019, both x86 and x64 variants) as well as the latest version of DirectX and .Net Framework installed on my PC. The result? I never have any issues with "this .dll is missing". I suggest you do the same.
Can you please upload just the crack/codex file? My nino2.exe accidentally deleted itself after my pc restarted. I don't wanna download the whole game again just to get the nino2.exe file. Please I'm begging you.
You literally copy and paste. The files you download from IGG have a crack in them, usually in a separate folder called CRACK. You install the game, copy the cracked files, paste them in the game folder, almost always where the .exe for the game is located, sometimes in a subfolder. The cracked files will be named the same as the game files, when you paste say yes when it asks you if you want to replace the files.
right, so I as recently as yesterday downloaded and installed the whole thing. I even tried to launch the game at the time, which it did, no problems there, but now I'm in the situation where my shortcut to the game has stopped working. I've checked the folder where I installed everything, but can't find anything related to the game's start. Everything else seems intact though, I'd appreciate the help, Thanks :) EDIT: Fixed it

Hmmm thanks for the advice but i just reached chapter 2, and i am having fun so far, but i admit that the combat is fairly easy even on expert, aside from that it is entertaining enough to keep me playing.

it should work because it is only a dlc, but as a precaution you can make a backup of your saved game if somehow you think that your saved game will be damaged before installing this the same game that simply includes this new dlc like the previous ones. the save game path should be here and make a copy (you can see it where you have installed the game in the file "steam_emu"): %SystemDrive%\Users\Public\Documents\Steam\CODEX\589360

If what im hearing from you is, every time i saved or closed the game, i should also copy another set of that data into another files so that when my data disappear again, i can copy my backup "589360" files and copy it into Ni No Kuni 2 into Open Files Location correct?

It's very easy, and it's the same way for all games cracked by CODEX.
- Go to the root folder of the game : "C:/.../Ni No Kuni II..."
- Search this file : "steam_emu.ini"
- Open it with notepad
- Scroll until find this line : "Language=english"
- Change "english" by "french" (Take care to don't change anything else)
- Save the file
