Actually, the gameplay feels SO old that I wonder if they did it on purpose.🤔
The game totally feels like a late 90s ARPG or something.
It also reminds me of the first Tomb Raider games.
But something is missing for me... Not sure what..
Edit: I should have known, it was too obvious. The developers actually stated that YES, they actually wanted to reproduce 90s gameplay and "advertise the game as a fixed camera throwback to older generations."

The camera in this game is fantastic, it is so much superior than the hyper-generic, boring, crappy and shitty, over-the-shoulder camera that is so common in current AAA games (and over-the-shoulder camera is itself very old: it is time to change!)

the game was developed in a country with extreme political aversion to video games, in Brazil the tax on video games is 78% even the cigarette is 71%, even had a proposal to reduce the tax to 9% to stimulate the economy, but the politicians rebutted stating that they are equivalent to gambling and promoting them would be immoral!

The game system is totally horrible and the movement is very slow.

Hmm...a viking, nordic enemies. nordic locations, nordic soundtracks... that sound good to me but then... an elf searching for a unicorn... its just me or something dont fit here.
