Hi everyone^^.I'm here because i have a problem with the game,When i start it it's saying "Run it with administrator permission" and When i start it with admin permission i have the denuvo error message
When I try to open the game it says Unable to initialize SteamAPI. Please make sure Steam is running and you are logged in to an account entitled to the game. How tf do I fix this? Edit: I didn't apply the crack sorry.

The updates with the new DLCs have some sort of anti-crack protection, so you'll be stuck with 1.18 and its DLCs, if you want the new DLCs buy the game

I'm using a ps4 pad on my pc now tho but you'll need to download x360ce 64 bit before it can read the pad...thats what i used back then with my normal usb pad...
After installing the emulator don't configure the pad button setup manually....lunch the emulator with your pad plugged ...when it gets to the pad interface...select auto load....save and close....(run xinput file to confirm that your pad is connected...it's among the pad setup ).....you can perform the installation in the games directry or you can copy and paste in the directry afterwards but the pad setup must be in the games directry
Looking for help on how to update the game. I have the torrented version of the game from this site, since the download always fails if I try it from this page. That version does not have GT Goku and Janemba, though i've seen in the comments that this version is supposed to. I downloaded the update file from this page, and tried to run it, but it massively screwed up and made it so i couldn't even open the game, whereas I could before. Kept saying things were missing, and then started telling me the SteamApi needs to be updated so i can connect to steam. I tried copy/pasting some important .dll files and the api, since that can sometimes fix the issue, but none of it was working. I'd either get the Api message, or a really weird error that was mostly broken characters and gibberish text. I ended up deleting the whole game file and retorrenting. I tried to download the part 1 and 2 from here instead, but as I said, for some reason those have been failing mid download. Probably my internet. Anyways, reinstalled the game, and i'm back to square one, exactly as I was before starting all this mess. How do I update properly? Which folder should I be directing the install of the update to? I tried the main game folder, the folder that actually HAS the game in it, as well as a few other important and logical folders within the overall FighterZ folder. Is it even POSSIBLE to update the torrented version, or do I need to delete that, and keep trying for the part 1+part 2 here? Thanks in advance!

I just said...let me try...installed the update 1.18 again...and wala...its working fine...it even boots faster ...you don't have to wait that long anymore before the game starts... Just have to wait for the gogeta update.. Good luck guys.... First....the version from the torrent ...did you downlaod it from IGG???If yes....then thats alright .... all you need to download is the v1.18 update.... Now... reinstall your previous version and confirm it's working and then get back to me....
Your problem is that you are updating from 1.14 which had online and didn't have all the characters except the DLC that was out at the time. To fix this I recommend to download this version because it has all the required files to do the update. For example how can you jump from 1.14 to 1.18 without having the files from 1.15-17. This version is a version that is compatible with the 1.18 update file. I tested this method and it works. *When I mean this version I mean the version on this current site because its neither the 1.14 or 1.18 its in between. Then you should even have the Goku GT and Janemba because their files will be accessible to the game.
When you install the main game file here ....look towards your left side of the screen....it will boldly state version 1.14...also...let me give you a fact...not all files must be updated serially....my first dragon ball fighter z game file was the v.1.10...I had to download the whole game all over again when the v.1.14 was released ...I only updated my 1.14 with this 1.18 update of about 600mb plus and I have all dlc up to janemba ....so if you don't know about or your unsure on certain things ....try it your self or ask around and don't impose your theories as facts
Alright Mr...that's your own theory ...so let me give you the break down because it my pc and I made the installation and update myself....the game file here...whether you like it or not is the version 1.14....and the update is 1.18....cause you didn't use the same means doesn't mean it's impossible...
My good sir I am not saying any other method doesn't work because I know other methods do work I was just saying the method that would basically guarantee it to work. Although this is a different game try to download the oldest version of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and try updating with only the latest update and you will see that it won't even let you because of missing files. I know this method works and your method as well because I have tried both though I found that doing it my method would just make easier to understand the problem. Sorry if you were offended in anyway.
The real game is the files that are separated into 2 parts. The updates will be under the update section which includes all of the DLC except Broly(Super),Gogeta,Kefla. You will find future updates on the Update Section.
I don't have dollars,that's why I'm always patient,only if the admin guy who crated this site tell me when will he bring them here.But I won't force him either cause I can wait anyway but if I wait too long I might forget about this site.

on this website eveey DLC are compiled in the updates (like it is written) if you want the the last dlc you have two choices : buy the game and every dlc or just wait for an update (hope that's clear i'm french)

Actually I never installed the game,that's why I was trying to ask if I install one of them,will it give me the game itself or it's just a DLC loader,but I installed them and now I know,they're not DLC loaders,they're just the game itself with the DLCs.
Yes I am sure because on the title screen at the top left I can see 1.18 before I was in 1.14. I can see kid goku and janemba but they are blocked, you have to buy them
I think the delay could be because there's a newer update in progress ....goku ultra instincts and kefla......I guess it would be stressful releasing the gogeta update and then working all over again for ultra instinct and kefla.....I guess they plan to have the whole thing cracked all together ....so we may probably have to wait until the ultra instinct update is out....well...just my thoughts....fingers crossed..
So I think installed everything properly but when ever I try to start the game it loads up but then just crashes. I use admin on the launcher and I uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times.
Ok...first...updating your windows/drivers helps a lot game wise because those update comes with new features....such as...direct x...netframe and so on....also....I'll like you to tell me exactly how you ran the installation....what version was your DBFZ before you did the update......and also..do you work with antivirus on your system...if yes....is your antivirus turned on?
I already tried to update my os and my graphics card. The game was working, i think i changed some settings for quality when it was running then it wouldn't start back up. As i said i installed and reinstalled multiple times with and with out anti-virus on for the same outcome. So i know for a fact i installed it properly. There was also no history in the anti-virus related to it either.
Also...with the fact that you said it was working fine for a while and then malfunctioned maybe due to some settings that you applied..I suggest you locate the game save file and delete it after uninstalling...then reinstall..
I'm only trying to assist you in what ever way I can in my own experience.....so having done all that..you still haven't answered me on this....i'll like you to tell me exactly how you ran the installation....what version was your DBFZ before you did the update? And when you uninstalled it... in what procedure did you re-install it? Also...i remember when I started with the DBFZ V-1.10....I had this same issue of it refusing to load after been launched...so I downloaded steam...jst the file and then installed without any login details...online/offline....after I installed steam...the game launched fine....so this things happens...you just got to be patient.
Did i come off as impatient? I'm sorry im trying to tell you that i installed it properly because it was up and running and i doubt that it was the problem. So i installed both parts, both from google drive. then i used Rar to extract to desktop then i used codex crack (it will still launch and crash). then i used the v 1.18 extracted to desktop then used codex. I used unins000 to uninstall every time. I tried to have steam open still didn't work. I don't really know how to check the version of the game.
Ok...to track what this issue is ...try re-installing your DBFZ before this 1.18 update....if it doesnt work...let me know but if it still works...just look at the top side of the screen and you'll see the version....if it's a version below 1.14....then that's the issue...so you just have to download the version 1.14 and install all over again...its present here in igg and then update with the 1.18...

Just an opinion for Goku UI to be added into DB FighterZ, I'm both happy and against him being added to the roster. Not because he's imbalance, he's supposed to be imbalanced. And in DB FighterZ, actually it doesn't really matter which character is picked despite their actual combat capability in the show, if that player's good then the character he/she picked will be used good as well. So we'll gonna get used to watching Yamcha beating the crap out of Goku UI in DB FighterZ. Yup, and that's why I'm kinda against him being added but also really want him added in the same time lol.

No, this version is 1.18, so it has up to about half of season 2 dlc. We're waiting for them to update it at least to end of season 2, after Broly DBS came out. Unsure of how they're handling it though.

There is usually an additional folder named crack. Just copy and paste the contents in the folder into the game folder, when you do if it asked to replace the files press yes.
Hey, I downloaded the game with the given google drive part 1, part 2 and the update v1.18 zip. After i installed the game and run the update setup.exe to update the game. But I couldn't play online, yet it doesn't connect to my steam. May I ask what else do I missed?
for those who are not aware, when you use the online fix you're only online with others using the cracked version of the game. Also if players don't have the same cracked version of the game, you will be able to see other player characters but you will not be able to connect to each other if you try and battle and or watch a battle....
Not to my knowledge, no. We're all just waiting for it to get cracked. I think it gets suggested pretty much daily in the game requests section, so I'm sure they are aware, but ¯_(ツ)_/¯ I pretty much just check back every few days :/

Yes it's possible, I tried it and I can see other players. But my advice is don't simply join an online match, you might get banned if they know you're using a cracked version. Scroll down through the comments, I think some good folks left a link of discord for online matches.
