when I start the setup exe I get an error saying cannot find file specified. ive try multiple locations but still persist. any thoughts ?

Game was working fine for a few hours, could even close and relaunch, after a reboot, game hangs up on start up screen, before you can start game, any thoughts before I try uninstalling and reinstalling?
