Grindy, mediocre dating sim with very little dating, a just-OK story with some lame shock-value horror. However, the ending invalidates everything that happens and literally feels like the writers intentionally sabotaged themselves, with the kind of lousy plot twist that people would usually only come up with as a joke.
I don't know but, to me it seems like they try to do something like Doki Doki but it does not turn out that good (just a little disgusting to me actually). Even so the game isn't bad................ Just the final -.-

As a heads up, despite the steam pages 18+ disclaimer, this has no nudity or H content, and the developer mentioned there is no H patch. Also the ending is extremely unsatisfying, but not for the "horror" reason you may think.

The ending will piss you off beyond limit No matter which route you pick, when you get to true end you'll be like "YU MATHAFAKER PIECE OF SHIT" READ at your own risk friends, I wish the story was good but it no use crying now EDIT* I see ppl asking bout horror tag- there is nothing too complicated to be termed as horror. And people who want to pursue the vn by all means, be mentally prepared to get something really screwed up in the end that way youll not lose heart. Happy reading...(sigh why do I even do this?)

The kinda light but still super spoilery spoiler comparison is: Think Doki Doki Literature Club magical girl knock-off but more tedious with worse writing and no pay-off. The more in-depth spoiler: All the main heroines reveal themselves to be severely messed up in the 'dating' portion of the game (matricide, suicidal, sexually sadistic etc) and eventually, near the end, are killed off in rather gruesome fashion in the span of like 1 minute - with the big reveal being Satomi (your teacher) killed them off because she's some sort of coma-treatment AI and everything was a fakey-fake simulation to help you wake up... oh, and I guess she takes over your body at the end or something? My eyes rolled away at this point.
Major spoilers for both this game and Doki Doki Literature Club: The devs: "Sayori's death scene in DDLC sure was some scary stuff. Let's make a similar scene! Also, let's repeat it five times in quick succession to make it even scarier!"
