Please make sure that the file is in the correct folder, or specify its current folder" Don't move the exe files away from the installation folder or don't delete the bin files.
Did you download an exe file? When opening the exe, did you get a rar file, or am I missing something? If the above is true, you downloaded an ad, make sure you get the correct file.

Wait so Outlast And Outlast whistleblower are all in 3 part all of them are 1Gb 1Gb 1Gb i was in a nother website for free game's and whistleblower alone was 32GB i dont get how this is working did it work for u guys plz answer me cause am so confused ?
That site is wrong then, yes it works as long as you extract all of the three parts into 1 folder, in that folder there's gonna be a setup for outlast. After you've completed the setup you're all done whistleblower has also been installed.
