I got a notification from Windows Security saying setup.exe was a trojan and the threat level was severe. That better be a false positive.

This game could be potentially beautiful, but I am having graphical glitches everywhere (wrong shadows, missing lights, flickering reflections, flocks of birds stuck in the middle of the air...) Am I the only one?

Thank you for the game. I really like it. I get plenty of lag though and my computer is a brand new mid range so I dunno why. This is exactly why I like to download before I buy.

Agreed. Anything above "Low" graphics settings results in extreme
stuttering, and I usually don't have any problems playing the latest AAA
games on mid to high settings.

There are optimization differences between a game's Paid version & Pirated version in some games. Forza Horizon 3 is a perfect example. If you see an official demo of the game you want to play, i suggest you to try that demo before trying Pirated version. Unfortunately, this game doesn't have Demo on Steam, that's all i know.

It's very rare for games to run worse solely because they're pirated. What often happens is that pirated versions are updated slower, and not automatically, so you can have say Metro Exodus version 1.0.2 and the latest update is 1.0.8 which fixed lots of performance issues. There is also the fact that made-for-Windows-10 games like Forza Horizon 3 call the system to shut down background processes and do other things to optimize performance, and a pirated version probably doesn't do that because it shouldn't connect with the OS. That's not the pirated version being less optimized, it's the legit version working in tandem with the system and it's performance booster.
Hell, a lot of games have run better when they were pirated! Lots of Denuvo games spend more resources and slow down the game's performance, but without Denuvo tampering with the game, they run better! Lords of the Fallen is a perfect example of this, I think some buyers even pirated it afterwards because the performance issues and stutters were infuriating and ruined the gameplay.

The most impressive thing about this is it is only 1.4 gigabytes. Even the screenshots appear to be using assets that far exceed 1.4 gigabytes. Impressive! I don't know how I will feel about not being able to kill anything since that is what I like about open world games is the freedom to kill everything.

I'm not usually too fond of walking simulators, but this looks nice enough to give a try.
Edit : Well, it's very relaxing and quite pretty, but i wouldn't exactly call it "fun".
