The opposite actually, the game doesn't launch on AMD Ryzen CPU's on Windows 1803 and later. And Ryzen is reasonably new, and also depending on which generation it might be the fastest CPU out there...

Guys need help. I can start the game but it won't bring me to the main menu. I still can see the SKIP button on the bottom right corner but cannot skip anything. Did you download an exe file? When opening the exe, did you get a rar file, or am I missing something? If the above is true, you downloaded an ad, make sure you get the correct file.

Oh when the "card" stops workin, Just leave it like that, And don't close it. it will eventually lunch the game, It just takes a lil while, About 3 to 4 min.

i have a problem. the game works fine but when i go to the workbench to make weapons and click weapons, the game crashes instantly and i thought i could avoid the workbench but no im forced to make a weapon. so this makes the game unplayable. :[
I have changed the graphicscard. My old was an AMD Radeon HD 5770 the new other one I installed is a Radeon RX 580. No crashes at the workbench. Graphicsetting all High incl. HD-Textures. I hope I can help anyone by this problem :)
Its pretty much having the game but not having what turns it on without the purchase. I saw a great analogy explaining it like having the door unlocked to the car without the keys to drive it. The codex(crack) are those keys to drive. It's literally just the entire game without anyway of opening while waiting for the crack. Unlocked are usually put up days before a crack is available so when the crack comes out it's only the crack that needs to be installed on the already downloaded game files.

Yeah, MegaUp can be slow if you try and download at peak hours...better to try to download at off hours. Like for me on the east coast, the best time to download is between 1am and 6am...then it takes me like 10 minutes per 5 gig file.

I reinstalled it and tried everything again. I checked task manager and nothing related to far cry new dawn was running when i already opened it. I tried opening it as admin, still nothing. I don't understand why my machine started the game and let me play flawlessly; ONE DAMN TIME, out of what must at this point, be two dozen tries thus far. what temp reading are you hitting within that little time? have you updated visual c and reddest all the visual apps from microsoft that most games need? the files may be in the games folder somewhere. i cant check as i built a new system with an msi b450I gaming plus ac mb with a r5 2400g and zotac 1060 6gb 16gb ram. just upgraded my mb and case mostly but yeah you can get those downloads from the microsoft website by a google search.

In my opinion there is no make sens because i had the same problem with far cry 5 from codex. When i installed CPY version of FC5 there was ok even on very high quality and full HD resolution. Game wasn't crash.
I don't think my problem and yours are the same problem. First, I could not play FC5 at all...nothing, just Vulkan error message when attempt to launch. Second, I highly doubt its your PC because you have me smoked on machine spec as does pretty much the entire forum. My gaming PC is thirteen years old, "yes" thirteen. If I can run something anyone should be able to. Last, just an observation about the game: if the game tries at any point to ask the PC for more "ass" than the cpu and or gpu can provide, it just poofs away to desktop. No error message - no explanation of any kind. I thought maybe you could be running in to that. The way I got new dawn to work again was by re-downloading the crack only, I edited the username from "codex" to my own name (in codex.ini), then I reapplied the crack. after all this and before launching I deleted my existing profile from documents\my games\far cry new dawn (just deleted entire folder). In the end however, your issues are happening much later than mine were. I was never even able to get to the point where you start controlling the guy, While the stuff I mentioned above got me going again I certainly cannot say that I won't encounter your very same issue when I get 5 min or so along. I have yet to keep playing for any kind of a long period. It will be interesting to see.
Well, sometimes we just never have any luck in determining what's upsetting a given game on our individual PC's. I know I have definitely come full circle in ways that make no sense...like being able to run FC New Dawn and Enderal really well when I probably should NOT be able to run either at all. Reciprocally, there have been plenty of titles that should have been NO problem for me that just would NOT work for whatever reason. I can empathize with how it must piss you off that this won't work for you what with the ample machine specs you have. I also support the theory that maybe the crack is not quite right yet. I know it's been a long time but for anyone who is having the same issue, it turned out to be caused be the antivirus, bitdefender was blocking it thinking it was a ransomware, I added it to the exceptions and its working now. Finally I can play it after 3 months.
you can go down and read a little adam one of the devs posted a work around for googledrives links when there maxed out. also use internet download manager you can down load a cracked copy at https://ewora.blogspot. com/2019/02/internet-download-manager-6.32-build-6-full-patch-aio. html backspace the . com backspace aio. html and you can download it there. i recomend the middle download server openload i do believe. site is ad based so beware. make sure your downloading a file thats rar and the size of the file your actually supposed to be downloading...good luck.
I have Core i5 2400 CPU, which doesn't have the virtualization feature. I think these files are fake. That's why the game is not working for real users.
I can confirm that they are not fake. I have an i7 6700k and had the same issue like you. After turning this feature off it worked fine for me. But idk what you could do since you're cpu doesn't have any cpu virtualisation. Maybe you can try to turn off Hyper-V in the Windows Features
