"The spy who shot me" is already a reference to the bond films, it isn't trying to hide the fact that it's like goldeneye because it's a PARODY, not a ripoff.
It is possible since everything is possible, you just need this https://fdossena.com/?p=wined3d/index.frag to run dx11 games on win xp or this https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/releases/tag/v0.94 which runs as fast as dx12 but it's based on vulkan. Just download and drop the right dll (x86/x64) in your game folder then run the game , simple.But of course that this game will use DX9 on winxp instead of 11 if it will run and if they even bother testing on that system before saying that it's compatible.
