The new links include only the campaign, not the multiplayer or zombies. Don't expect to be able to use this with Plutonium. Course, if you get the game by legal means please use plutonium, its literally the only way to safely play online due to the security vulnerabilities present in the current releases.

To fix MP and Zombie Mode on Windows 10 and probably 11, you'll need the file "steam_api.dll_zmp". It's better to look for this game elsewhere at this point. The uploaded version is barebones.
Game's a bust. Does everything besides run. Followed the advice in the comments regarding the redacted folders to enable Multiplayer offline, as well as the campaign, but no dice. Spent over four hours doing everything to get the game running but it either sends you a 'Fatal error' message or the game manages to load the main menu, but the screen is totally black with the exception of the mouse.
I give up. If anyone has better luck, please share.

Copy the contents from PLAZA folder in the "DVD Drive (D:) Call of Duty BO2" to the bo2 directory for me it would be E:\Games\Call of Duty Black Ops II" and replace any files it ask you to. You can also right click on the Call of duty Black ops 2 icon and open file location.

So I tried opening the .cmd files instead of the .exe but it says that it can't access the files because they're being used by another process. Nothing else is running in the background. Any ideas?

Go into the "Langauge Switcher" folder.Then,in that folder,there will be folders named after languages like English,French... Choose your langauge by going to the specific folder and copy the files to the game folder.

As one extremely helpful guy once told me, use https://www.freedownloadmanager.org/ MegaUp download speeds are capped at like 500kb/s for some obscure reason, but this will uncap it and download at your usual speed.

somehow i can only play singleplayer, the game crashes everytime i launch zombie and multiplayer, a fatal error pop up and created a dmp file everytime the game crash. tried searching on google to fix it, yet no result has been achieved, do anyone here know how to fix it? im playing it on windows 10

NEVER run the .exe files. Run the .cmd files. I had that problem. and after I runed the .exe file I just can't run the .cmd too. So I uninstalled and after installed the game again, and it works. Just NEVER run the .exe files.
it's in the game directory (same as the .exe) Just look for these files: sp.cmd = singleplayer/campaign mp.cmd = multiplayer (bots only) zm.cmd = zombies In my experience the Single Player exe works but it will cause the other two commands (multiplayer and zombies) to crash on startup. So only use the three commands.
yo hello,,, so basically ,, all u need to do is simple in the very first folder,, try to go find "_Language switcher" folder it's very on top on mine,, so should be easy after that.. u'll find several folder with many different languages as a name for the folder,, there u'll find folder named "english" (this is when u want ur game language change to english,,, if u want other language,, open any language folder u want ur game to turn into) go open it,, and copy all the file in it then go back and paste it in the very first folder (the very first one,,, right before "_language switcher" folder) done! alright here the simple one call of duty black ops 2 >> _language switcher >> english copy all the file in it >> paste it in call of duty black ops 2 folder
nevermind..i found the way...for those who have a problem with invisible text just put your game file in the c:/program files it will eventually show the text.. Weird bug but it works for me
each part makes up the whole installation file for the game from what i understand, so you download each one from one of the links, like http://MegaUp.net for example, and the extract all to the folder you want them in, then it'll make a single .zip file which is basically all of the ones you downloaded. The ones you downloaded can now be deleted, and then you extract the one big file to get the installation .exe
Alright, im posting this for People who didn't resolve the Blackscreen start or the Unhandled exeption error, i personnally downloaded redacted, and i transfered My COD folder into Program files, and it fixed everything, so give it a try

Works for me well on Win 10. Though if multiplayer/zombies doesn't work for you as well, downloading Redacted Lan and adding it to the game directory fixed it. It's only an extra 200 mb. Idk what happened to cause it to stop working on me in the first place, but oh well, got it fixed.

Guess I'll find out, you can get it from: http://Redacted.se Do note, I found that though these files make the game playable, there are some things you may or may not want added such as custom weapons in multiplayer from other CoD games and other slight changes to the UI and such which can all be removed if you prefer to keep the game as vanilla as possible like me. Once you copy the files over, go to the plugins folder and delete/remove "ZonePlugin" to remove the extra weapons. In the same folder, remove all the files that have "Extended" in the filename to remove the small changes, redacted watermark, new bot names, etc. If you find/have any other problems, let me know and I'll see if I can help.
a little late but do you mind giving me a run through? Can only play campaign in polish and the others are in italian. Launched MP offline but only has an online option, ZM offline not able to start and pops up the "written to redacted dump" sign thing. i've already downloaded redacted LAN but i cant seem to launch BO2 from there bc it stated wrong game environment. Mind helping me out? thanks. Also, do you need to turn off your antivirus to launch the game?
Okay, so it's after 5 am where I'm at, I gotta go to work in a few hours, I'm still in bed but I'm gonna try to help out based on memory real quick. The language should be able to be changed with a localization file. I think there would be a language switcher folder. When you launched the game with redacted and you only got the online option, that's normal. Did you try clicking it? When you do, it should say something like "connecting t redacted". Lastly, I don't have an antivirus besides windows defender and I don't usually turn that off (mainly because it turns itself back on at restart), but instead I'll check if it blocked any files and I'll check if the file location of any files is where my games are at, then allow them. If you wanna try turning off your antivirus, you could, but it's not something I recommend in this case. Hopefully you're able to figure it out. I'll try to provide further assistance when I can later if not. Even if I have to redownload the game to have a fresh installation.
I assume by now you've either fixed the problem or deleted the game, but downloading the Redacted Lan files and launching the game through the exe's provided from those files will fix that.
Hello ! You need too go into "_Language Switcher", and in the file of the language you want, select all files and copy them. Paste copy files into the "Call of duty - Black Ops 2" file to replace files of the wrong language. Now, you game must be in the language you want !

You need to select all file and make "Extract Files". It will creat a file of 36GO Make sure you select all files before making an extract, else, it's will not work at all.

When extracting, it says file part 2 is corrupted. the size is indeed different from the rest of the parts. the other links are also dead. redownloaded on http://megaup.net and still the same.

Ah yes. You do it with hamachi. Here's the thing though: I only tested zombie mode with my friend. However the multiplayer mode,where you shoot the crap out of eachother (or bots) did not work. I quit trying to figure out how to do it because i really only care about playing the zombie mode with my friends. I FOUND A SOLUTION FOR PLUTONIUM USERS. If you want to play offline multiplayer against bots --- After setting up a game via the custom games submenu, open the console (~), type xpartygo, and press enter to start the custom game.
Did you download an exe file? When opening the exe, did you get a rar file, or am I missing something? If the above is true, you downloaded an ad, make sure you get the correct file.

I believe so, if you're not on windows 10 try scrolling down for other fixes or putting it in your programs folder make sure youre opening it with the bat file (zm.cmd I THINK its called)
only the campaign works for me, i've tried to do as the instructions say (running the mp/sp/zm files) but when i do it only says one file copied and nothing else, then it just closes. i'll try to delete & reinstall but if anyone can help and/or has any advice it is all apreciated!!
How do i fix the "redacted" problem? Every time i try to start up the game it just turns black (working audio thou) and then an error shows up and says something that it adds a "redacted X.X.X. dump", it adds in the main folder of the game. Help?

As of Today 08/03/19 i I have installed and everything about the game worked perfect , i.e sp/zm/mp offline as well with no error watsoever , the Mega links are up I enjoyed the Sp experience
I am having trouble getting zombies to load, it will load and then black screen. I still have audio though. An error comes up saying something about redacted, so im not sure if theres a file missing. I have deleted and reinstalled many times
Could someone help me? When I start any of the 3 files (sp, mp, and zm) a command prompt pops up and says "Access is denied. 0 file(s) copied. 0 file(s) moved." On single player, a black screen pops up after, but nothing happens. Is there a fix for this? I tried a patch linked below and it didn't work.
All the "part 3" links are down, the only one working is from MegaUp.Net, but I get an error message from winrar when trying to extract it. I also tried downloading from the Torrent Site, and, despite I being able to install it correctly, I can't play it, and it does not have de DLCs. So please, either fix these links, or find another torrent for the Torrent Site. (sorry for any bad english, I'm not a native speaker)
Did you copy & apply the files from the crack folder into the main game file location??? You have to copy the files from inside the crack folder and paste it / copy those files into the main game file location :p Either you didn't apply the crack or your PC just doesn't fit the requirements for the game!

I FOUND A FIX FOR THE NO TEXT ISSUE If you grab the folder named "Call of Duty - Black Ops 2" and cut and paste it into the C:\Program Files directory, the text will appear. I am not sure why this works but it does lol.

Really Appreciate for this link but still the game menu is not opening, as I open the zm.cmd or mp.cmd file, the command prompt opens followed by the redacted console, the redacted console then loads some of the files and then after some delay, terminates and hence the game cant be opened at all.

Can't figure out for the life of me what to do to make it work. Black screen at low res popping up, unhandled exception caught as well. Need to open up another desktop, run task manager and close it. Multiplayer and zombies offline and online don't work whenever I try to start it just creates a new steamstart file I've tried the zippyshare patch and the redacted patch is there anything I can do to fix this.
The cmd files don't do anything. All it does is change your resolution to 600x800 and run a black screen with an error that says the game has stopped working. You can't even close it so you have to sign out of your computer to close it

bro i did all u said on how to install it and the single player is working really good more than i expected. The only issue i'm having is multiplayer and zombie modes are not working, as i open any one of them up they starts and when i select for campagin they exits immediately and open ups steam.
ok so when i downloaded the 15 parts of the main game it only came with an iso, so i mounted and ran the setup. After the instal was done it has a multiplayer, single player, and zombies launchers. none of them work. is there anyother files that are needed or does the game just not work.
It works. For anyone out there new to cracking, u need to take the contents of the crack folder and copy and paste it into the main game folder. In this case, its Skidrow. Those who encountered the setup fail, dont worry. just locate the file,( c:,program filesx86, call of duty black ops 2 ). As i said earlier, the main game folder i was referring to is this folder. copy and paste the crack files and replace whatever files need replacing, then go ahead and click on the .exe folder and enjoy.

That's because of your game path, all of the @s and %s in your folder names are confusing the game, you may want to delete those special symbols or move the game to somewhere with a simpler path
Servers aren't down, cracked versions of games don't usually have multiplayer working, everytime I see somebody thinking that it works online, I facepalm

Some of them work, some of them don't. I think it's because the game thinks you have the other 2 DLC's that aren't included in this download, so it puts those maps on the list. I don't know for sure, though.
For those who want to change your ingame name go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Call of Duty Black Ops 2\Redacted (Or right click the desktop Black Ops 2 icon and press open file location, then press redacted) and open the file there with notepad look for the part where it says Username= Delete it and put a name you like! Then Save and you are done! :)

guys if you have the option to choose whether to download through the browser or download through megasync i recommend downloading through megasync because if you download through the browser it'll take twice the time because let's say it takes a day to download something it'll take a day to START the download and another day to actually finish the download

Well I reinstalled the update and the crack now because I had a second BO2 crack (from a friend, that didn´t work) and installed them there accidently. Just try to redo the update and the crack for it which will then prbably lead you to the .cfg problem where I am stuck aat right now ):
Download the redacted crack, and make sure to install the crack and this update into the right folder. The update in this will go to an activision folder, but your actually black ops 2 folder is somewhere else.

If it said that the part is corrupt, then it had to be corrupt. There's no other way around it. I've downloaded copies from here and it got extracted just fine. You can try to double-check password though, sometimes it'd throw the same error.

In my experience the Single Player exe works but it will cause the other two commands (multiplayer and zombies) to crash on startup. So only use the three commands.

Do note, I found that though these files make the game playable, there are some things you may or may not want added such as custom weapons in multiplayer from other CoD games and other slight changes to the UI and such which can all be removed if you prefer to keep the game as vanilla as possible like me.
Once you copy the files over, go to the plugins folder and delete/remove "ZonePlugin" to remove the extra weapons. In the same folder, remove all the files that have "Extended" in the filename to remove the small changes, redacted watermark, new bot names, etc.
If you find/have any other problems, let me know and I'll see if I can help.
When you launched the game with redacted and you only got the online option, that's normal. Did you try clicking it? When you do, it should say something like "connecting t redacted".
Lastly, I don't have an antivirus besides windows defender and I don't usually turn that off (mainly because it turns itself back on at restart), but instead I'll check if it blocked any files and I'll check if the file location of any files is where my games are at, then allow them. If you wanna try turning off your antivirus, you could, but it's not something I recommend in this case.
Hopefully you're able to figure it out. I'll try to provide further assistance when I can later if not. Even if I have to redownload the game to have a fresh installation.

I only tested zombie mode with my friend. However the multiplayer mode,where you shoot the crap out of eachother (or bots) did not work. I quit trying to figure out how to do it because i really only care about playing the zombie mode with my friends.

If you grab the folder named "Call of Duty - Black Ops 2" and cut and paste it into the C:\Program Files directory, the text will appear.

The Game opens and I can play it at SinglePlayer but when I try to play the Zombi or MP and go Online it says that I have to go to a website of calofduty to chek for Updates!
