Hey, got a problem. When i want to copy and paste the "Valkyria4_x64.exe" in the folder of the game it says i don't have the rights to do it but i didn't had any problems with others games...

You need all the "Parts" so ~7 GB in this case... Usually no matter if you get "Part 1" from "Google Drive" and "Part 2" from "Uptobox:" and whatever... You just need to have from Part 1 to Part 7 and un-rar them together.

for some reason applying DLC to main game folder makes me unable to start the game (I've looked at Task Manager. the application was running in Processess tab but doesnt show any indication of opening the game. valkyria4_x64.exe just... there in the Processess Tab. I've tried reinstalling it three times, and it gives me same reason. before applying DLC = game normally begin. after applying DLC = game doesnt begin. any indication that Windows 7 cant launch VC4 with DLC (or DLC cant be played with Win 7)?

I have no idea whether this is the intended way things are supposed to work so try copying the crack manually. If that doesn't help look up 'AppHangB1' and go from there. There seem to be quite a few solutions out there and I don't know which one will work for you.

When you start the instalator you will see a small checkbox right under the "music box" It should say something like "auto copy Codex to rootdirwhatever..." Check the fu$%*N# box click next wait for it to finish installing click FINISH! And just start playing the game!
Though the answer is to be found literally everywhere on the internet, and it has been said an infinite amount of times here on IGG cause there's an infinite amount of people that don't use those things in your skull called eyes, and someone else has already answered you, here's another explenation: Just like every other cracked game, unless it has an installer like CODEX where you can make the installer put the crack in right away as well, you put the CRACK files that are found most commonly in the CRACK map in your game directory. Some even come with a useful "ReadMe" text file that also explains how to use the CRACK. And I mean the crack for the game, not the illigal substance

Hard to say. Some games maintain save file compatibility through patches and DLCs and some don't. If this one does, then you just gotta find the save file location of your legit copy and move them to the location that this copy stores them. The latter likely in the Documents folder somewhere.

No, what I mean is that you tested to replace the English language files with the German language files but leaving the file steamemu.ini in English and replacing the DE file with the EN English file.
I've heard that it was better than that other Valkyria game released on the PS4 but I haven't heard enough about it yet. If it's anything like the first game it'll be absolutely amazing.
I mean, I obviously haven't played it yet but reviews seem to suggest that it's good. I've played VC2 on the PSP and really liked the gameplay there so I've been hyped to play this.
Obviously it's not a wise choice to use the new crack in the Old downloaded version since (probably) the crack is made for this Version of the game just download it again and ,if the game won't get cracked in less then 2-5 days, don't download the Full unlocked versions

These two lines look suspicious considering that the crack contains both of these files. I have no idea whether this is the intended way things are supposed to work so try copying the crack manually. If that doesn't help look up 'AppHangB1' and go from there. There seem to be quite a few solutions out there and I don't know which one will work for you.

Just like every other cracked game, unless it has an installer like CODEX where you can make the installer put the crack in right away as well, you put the CRACK files that are found most commonly in the CRACK map in your game directory.
Some even come with a useful "ReadMe" text file that also explains how to use the CRACK. And I mean the crack for the game, not the illigal substance

story wise better play 1(welkin story), 3(the hidden unit) than the 4th(since the series resolve around 2nd europan war).
