For anyone getting an error saying "Unable to launch games" due to access to a specific path, to fix this you just have to change the install location. My recommendation is to create a folder on your desktop and name it RPG Maker. Install the files there and everything should work.
download works perfectly fine, but upon trying to actually launch any version of RPG Maker from within the launcher application, the following error is presented: would be nice to have someone look into it.
If you still don't know how to fix this issue, and still want to, simply change where you want to install everything. Making a new folder on the desktop and installing it there works perfectly.
I have to wonder, do people post the games they make with this somewhere? Or do people just make games for themselves just because? Would love someones opinion.
I got this from somewhere else, but anyway... I use it mostly to correct sb's mistakes when playing their game AND I used it to "make" a game and uploaded it on the internet.
Would be nice (and smaller in size) if it was just VX Ace and didn't have those other versions there taking up space, and I think there was another steam update in 2018, but at least it's more up to date then most of what is floating around. The launcher of this though doesn't seem to work in Wine (for linux) though so one would have to manage with a less up to date standlone version.
I'm bamboozled by some comments here. You are complaining to add original version into this website. Bruh, you are stupid. If you want original, JUST BUY THE ORIGINAL. Don't complain here! And plus, this website really helps anyone who need the software but don't have the money or access to the original easily (outside that, why don't you just buy the original then? lol). I noticed this included RPG Maker 2000 / 2003. Which versions of those are these? (ie. the Japanese ones translated and cracked many years ago. Or the one that were released in English on Steam and other stores in the past couple of years.) This is important because the 2 versions are not compatible with each other. Even the RTPs don't work in the other version.
Would it be a good idea to add this into my steam account? if so how would i be able to do that? i just want to have that in-game interface ,and achievement cards.Any Suggestion?
Nah, he can add it - as an outside game. Won't have the achievements, but - and here's the fun bit - Steam's people can see that it's added, but not fully integrated, and investigate. If they have reason to believe it's pirated, they can delete/deactivate his account. All those sweet games and achievements - gone forever. Ouch.
a tad bit late but the rtp error is a easy fix. just download and install the official rtp from the webstie (google rpg maker vx ace rtp download (or well whatever version is causing the rtp issue))
I am pretty sure that you will get it from downloading a game that is made with this engine... or atleast the developer of that said game will probide a link for it.
RPG Maker VX Ace RTP is a free rar file i'm pretty sure that you anyway need to play any game that is made with that engine so it won't be that hard to acquire i'm pretty sure... :/
every single one is broken or the application is cause it don't run at all for me and i have windows ten. its was a complete waste of my time. if there is something im missing that ok. but i like to state if your going to do something like this then make damn sure everything will work properly. i removed everything off my computer. and now im off to look else where.
Got only 2 problems with this. They don't really matter since I will be using only RPG maker VX Ace but I'm still a bit curious. So this torrent has all in one - VX Ace, XP, 2000 and 2003 versions + game character hub. However, when I try to open 2003, steam launches (which is bad). And XP won't start because of Error "RGSS-RTP Standard not installed". Those are probably fixable problems but since I won't be using those engines, I just decided to drop this information here

Let me just start off by saying no, this doesn't look like it contains any DLC. What they mean by "All In One" is that this file contains lots of different versions of RPG Maker. I can't actually run this, though. Yes this AIO doesn't come with any of the DLCs it just has all the different program versions in it and a custom launcher i wrote to launch them. If your running Windows 10 or have UAC enabled on Windows 7 and 8.x you will need to run the launcher as Admin since its in the program files folder. The Next version of the AIO will not install to the program files folder
Ive been downloading a lot of games from http://igg-games.com and is very pleased with all the daily/weekly updates. Then i notice you have this too...im a 3rd year college student and my group and i are stressing on what to make for our thesis. the professors are very picky when it comes to other systems but on games they arent, my problem then was i dont know where to get a free game editor like this. im so glad im someone part of this community.
