You have to crack the game. In tutorial you see CODEX folder that contain the crack. In this case, the crack is in the PROPHET folder. You have to copy everything from there into the game folder.

Is the file size less than 5 MB? Did you get the file directly, or have you used an exe? If the answer to any of the questions is yes, you downloaded an ad. Please try downloading the files again and make sure you get the correct ones.

probobly game bugs, i bet that there are fixes for this game like for example silent patch for GTA San Andreas that fixes loads of small and anoying glitches and fixes things that are simply broken, like if you have 1.0 realese (or you just bougth the shity steam realese, that has more things broken than working) it fixes for example the thing with cars not geting dirty after driving for a while (yes, it did have that) and i think also the spotlight on the police helicopter but im not sure.

No xD, u have to crack it first find your game installation file or the exe Should say like "just cause 2" with the justr cause 2 logo on your desktop tehn right clikc and click on "Open file serach way" or something in that way then where the Just cause 2 game is installed should now pop up in file explorer search the folders until you find like "SteamEmu32.dll" or soemthing like that way, then open the "CODEX" file wich should be somewhere probably in the place your downloads go so in the "Downloads" tab in file explorer your old Just cause 2 complete .rar or .zip (if you extracted it) open it and find the "CODEX" file there should be files similar to the ones you found in your Just cause 2 tab like "SteamEmu32.dll" probably like 2-4 dlls should be in there copy paste them into the Just cause 2 folder where you found the original "SteamEmu32.dll" copy paste it in there close start it, enjoy, if i didnt work then i dont fking know, otherwise there should be an codex exe inside the Codex folder run it and install,

Dude chill, if you want to request something for a game you do have to go to that page where it's main purpose is to listen out to those who want games updated, reuploaded and new ones added. IGG would say request anything regarding a game in the game request page because they wouldn't listen in the games page, but hey if you don't want a game updated then don't request there. And it doesn't matter anyway because if you were to request this to be reuploaded on game request then you would be breaking a rule since there are still links up And they're not gonna erase game requesting..
