my game opens in widowed mode and i cant change it can anyone help me?

It says file corrupted and all sites don't work except google drive. Also, was I supposed to unzip the compact files in the folder?

When i attempt to open the game it immediately minimizes and won't undo. I checked some other forums and they mentioned a resolution problem but i couldn't get much help from it bc i have no clue on how to work on it or even find what their saying. running windows 10. pls help.
