Ever since i came to this site i stopped spending my money on games.. Instead i spent them on coq and cannabis. kk Joking... I don't pay attention to what ppl say about others, I been here roaming IGG for over 3 years now. No issues up till now, Never had any viruse, It's by far the best gaming site I've been in so far, I'd say you did a great job, Quick updates quick uploads, Heck sometimes i think you're some robots that never sleeps. And all that hard work without expecting anything in return only a clean comunity. People who believe those rumors are idiots, truly, for not hearing out both sides before making a judgement. Anyway, I want to thank you for all the time and effort you've put for this website. This is my no.1 site for games - and I think you've done an excellent job in putting everything together. It's really simple, with excellent way of browsing and discovering games. None of the games I played encountered much problems - and you've always been helpful to provide a fix for us. You created a safe place for all gamers to download games without fear of infecting their computers with malware. You shouldn't pay attention to rumors spread by jealous people. They do it because they know that their sites will never reach IGG's greatness. IGG is a gamers paradise. For that, i thank you from the bottom of my heart. Been a regular here (a quiet one) since the beginning, I have defended your site when and where ever needed to quash fake rumours about viruses/trojans/mining and it is NOT easy. So many people pissed that you, YOU!, have the most honest, loyal and LEGIT (i mean as legit as can be lol) game site in the world. i remember my first few times on the site, so worried about viruses (as i had just had a bad one and formatted) when i got a false positive i gave it a go anyways... whats the worst that can happen, have to format? lol. Happiest day in my life when i realised i found a legit site. Ever since then, anyone i meet i tell of this site, anyone that bashes the site i go full tilt into, even had to clock someone that was badmouthing IGG in a gamers wifi den and would NOT stfu.

Thanks Mate, Life has been pretty hard over the last 12 months and paying a mortgage on on my own now has left me with no money to do anything. After buying the necessities (IE food etc) I can barely scrape by. Without this site I am sure I would have slipped further into depression. I have hundreds games on Steam but I just cant afford them at this point in my life. This site has given me just that little bit of enjoyment from life that I would no longer be able to afford. I hope one day I can repay you and also the publishers and developers of the games.

You're going to get so many posts here, but I wanted to leave mine as well, as I have had an interesting experience, and your site has truly helped me. My first system was a NES, at age 5. Then an SNES at 7, an N64 at 9 or 10, and my teens were spent during the PS2 days. I graduated high school a year before PS3 came out. So I have an "old gamer" experience. I remember demos. Back when companies had to create a demo in order to gain interest in their content. Without a demo, you would sometimes pay $50 or $60 (a lot of money back then) for a game that could suck. Or you could wait until it went into a bargain bin. Or greatest hits. So I use your site to help demo games, and many times, discover games that I never would have heard of otherwise. I try them. If I like them, I buy them. I know within an hour or so anyway. But more than that, I appreciate that you've run a safe website. I have never been nervous or concerned that anything I get here has hidden threats. I've actually come to trust your site more than a lot of major, big-money sites. So while I'm sad to see you go, I am pleased to know you have other things in mind. I wish you the best, and thanks for being such an amazing person, in an area that is considered gray and even "wrong" in many people's eyes.

I don't easily believe what I hear on the internet so when I heard rumors that IGG is spreading virus I tried downloading some of their games and did not found a single virus, so from that day on I used this website to DEMO games before actually buying them if I think the developers are worth supporting, any ways Thank you for everything that you have done I hope the new owner is as nice as you, Specially in the Games Request department cause thats what I LOVE about IGG they never turn down a game request and you never have to be a "Premium Account" to request games. I just know I've been using this site a lot and never got any virus/trojan/etc. So anyway, thanks for creating IGG ! IGG we're all going to miss you. I have been here since 2015 back when the site looked like it was from the 90's but still I was happy with the regular content updates and good quality downloads. I remember when the site first moved to the last design with the discord chats I spent all summer talking with people old and new to the IGG site, I remember when we were all laughing at the IGG Install Guide Gamers banner at the top at how redundant it was. Thank You for doing this for as long as you have and I hope you have a great life moving on and I only wish you the best. I don't care what other people say about this site. It's been my favourite for a long long time, not only because of the amount of free games you provide, but also because of the amazing community it has become. There are no words to describe how grateful people should be for what you've done, yet there are still people complaining about ads and stuff. Keeping something like this up means sacrificing time and money. Yet there are still ungrateful people willing to ruin this. If you don't like it, go away, nobody is forcing you to download the games on this site and nobody is forcing you to visit it, just leave alone the admin and everyone who think this site is amazing. Good afternoon IGG-Games and a delayed merry christmas. I don't know if you or those that manage this website took down others website, but i do know that this website is awesome, you have a very competent team here and i admire it. Games are always uploaded as fast as possible including requests, you probably have the best links to download from (Google And Mega are my favorites). Sometimes those adds are really annoying, however, I know that you need to make some money, after all you're giving us a really big chunk of your time. Overall i really like this website, heck, i have been using this website for years now, and i never got disappointed. Continue with your great work!
I've been with the scene since you had to login to get your 0day using FTP servers on 56k modems (and before but I don't remember what baud rate we had) and never really bothered with IRC or online sites because of their notoriety in being a haven for viruses. My friend I lived with bricked several of the computers I built for him or would ask me "hey why is ms dos popping up on my screen and running commands after I downloaded diablo from a askmrjeeves search?". I understand what you mean when you talk about people being wary about using your site initially. I remember my first computer was around 1992 or 1993 and I didn't know what a D: drive was to install this amazing looking game called "Doom 2" and well the rest is history. I've played almost every single game that is worth a damn since the mid 90s and video gaming is my only hobby and interest in life. That being said, I want to commend you and the staff and all of the people here for making the best website ever created for scene and releases. I can say that without a doubt there has never been a better, more user friendly, easy to download, easy to find, easy to request, accessible community as IGG-games in over 25 years of experience. The past few decades my life has shifted entirely to usenet and I tried to skip torrents altogether but IGG has even replaced USENET as the number one source for games AND the fact that you guys release games at an INSANE pace is also one of the most amazing feats I've ever seen by ANY website. Seriously, if you don't know what I am talking about go look at the game requests, and look at how many things are "updated" or have been fulfilled. It is simply the absolute best website on the internet if you want to enjoy and try games before investing fully! You guys have saved me so much money as a person with a disability I do not have the means to play or afford these games if it wasn't for you. It isn't just that but it is your incredible kindness and how you have a very positive community that is moderated to an incredible degree that I rarely see spam or anything out of the ordinary that is not a normal comment about a game. It is incredibly refreshing whenever a project gets so large as yours has become that the spam and "bad" things start popping up. I've NEVER had an intrusive virus, pop up, or problem when utilizing your website. I can not say the same about most websites where you gotta deal with captchas and so much hoops to get a file or even a link. Thank you for everything and everyone at IGG-games since what you do for the community and how professional and safe your website is makes it the best resource online for games hands down and I'm sure many agree.
The new UI looks amazing! I was shocked to see such a good change, it looks so clean :D. I've been checking here daily for some good games for a few years now, and it's by far the website I trust the most. my most visited site beside youtube, but everything always worked for me. ive focused on vr games for the past year an they are really hit an miss so i get it here before i spend money on the game to make sure i like it an if it will run on my pc. im having issue's with my cpu throttling down to 1.3ghz after running certain games for awhile, not all. got thermal paste ordered to make sure my cooler is good. any suggestion from anyone would be great.

well do you know survival simulator VR, its on this site and i downloaded it not long ago.. i have no idea what to do, my teleporting is disabled when pointing in various directions, and there was an error message at the start, do you think you can help me?
steam web AP1 error:3 invalid parameter someone else had that problem too in the comments of the game page, just a giant flat screen floating in the air displaying that message the instructions also said to crack the game, but there was no crack in the downloaded files. so i am at a loss.

This site is still awesome there is so much work put into almost all the games i have are from here. I think it just makes my life better because i dont have the money for games, my problem with games is that i play them for 3 weeks then quit. And because of this site that doesnt need to happen and i can put all my money in to my pc. So special thanks to all mods and ofcourse the admin. As you said all things come to an end but still sad to hear after being here for 3,5 years.

I've been using IGG for couple of years now. And i want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, because you achieved something truly great. You created a safe place for all gamers to download games without fear of infecting their computers with malware. You shouldn't pay attention to rumors spread by jealous people. They do it because they know that their sites will never reach IGG's greatness. IGG is a gamers paradise. For that, i thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I understand that everything good comes to an end, and that you need to move on. Still, can't help it. What I read just now made me sad.
You are a great man. And, no matter what they said about doing bad things, I will tell you one thing:

Life has been pretty hard over the last 12 months and paying a mortgage on on my own now has left me with no money to do anything. After buying the necessities (IE food etc) I can barely scrape by. Without this site I am sure I would have slipped further into depression. I have hundreds games on Steam but I just cant afford them at this point in my life. This site has given me just that little bit of enjoyment from life that I would no longer be able to afford. I hope one day I can repay you and also the publishers and developers of the games.

My first system was a NES, at age 5. Then an SNES at 7, an N64 at 9 or 10, and my teens were spent during the PS2 days. I graduated high school a year before PS3 came out. So I have an "old gamer" experience.
I remember demos. Back when companies had to create a demo in order to gain interest in their content. Without a demo, you would sometimes pay $50 or $60 (a lot of money back then) for a game that could suck. Or you could wait until it went into a bargain bin. Or greatest hits.
So I use your site to help demo games, and many times, discover games that I never would have heard of otherwise. I try them. If I like them, I buy them. I know within an hour or so anyway.
But more than that, I appreciate that you've run a safe website. I have never been nervous or concerned that anything I get here has hidden threats. I've actually come to trust your site more than a lot of major, big-money sites.
So while I'm sad to see you go, I am pleased to know you have other things in mind.
I wish you the best, and thanks for being such an amazing person, in an area that is considered gray and even "wrong" in many people's eyes.

don't know much about who runs IGG, I don't know if there are good guys
and bad guys. I just know I've been using this site a lot
and never got any virus/trojan/etc. So anyway, thanks for creating IGG !
If you made money, good for you, as long as it's not done while harming

I don't know if you or those that manage this website took down others website, but i do know that this website is awesome, you have a very competent team here and i admire it.
Games are always uploaded as fast as possible including requests, you probably have the best links to download from (Google And Mega are my favorites).
Sometimes those adds are really annoying, however, I know that you need to make some money, after all you're giving us a really big chunk of your time.
Overall i really like this website, heck, i have been using this website for years now, and i never got disappointed.

That being said, I want to commend you and the staff and all of the people here for making the best website ever created for scene and releases. I can say that without a doubt there has never been a better, more user friendly, easy to download, easy to find, easy to request, accessible community as IGG-games in over 25 years of experience. The past few decades my life has shifted entirely to usenet and I tried to skip torrents altogether but IGG has even replaced USENET as the number one source for games AND the fact that you guys release games at an INSANE pace is also one of the most amazing feats I've ever seen by ANY website. Seriously, if you don't know what I am talking about go look at the game requests, and look at how many things are "updated" or have been fulfilled. It is simply the absolute best website on the internet if you want to enjoy and try games before investing fully!
You guys have saved me so much money as a person with a disability I do not have the means to play or afford these games if it wasn't for you. It isn't just that but it is your incredible kindness and how you have a very positive community that is moderated to an incredible degree that I rarely see spam or anything out of the ordinary that is not a normal comment about a game. It is incredibly refreshing whenever a project gets so large as yours has become that the spam and "bad" things start popping up. I've NEVER had an intrusive virus, pop up, or problem when utilizing your website. I can not say the same about most websites where you gotta deal with captchas and so much hoops to get a file or even a link.
Thank you for everything and everyone at IGG-games since what you do for the community and how professional and safe your website is makes it the best resource online for games hands down and I'm sure many agree.

someone else had that problem too in the comments of the game page, just a giant flat screen floating in the air displaying that message
the instructions also said to crack the game, but there was no crack in the downloaded files. so i am at a loss.
and i stayed for a very long time, and sometimes when downloading a game, i get so into the comments that i forget to install the game, and now this site has become like a family that shares everything, everyone here is like a friend, an old friend, a new friend, or a person who is a legend
there is only one guy like that tho, and that's you. IGG, thank you so much for being such an awesome person and a great admin and for giving us the opportunity to experience happiness we couldn't before. you are a legend. i am curious, will you keep in touch with the website? and us? i don't think any of us can imagine going through the site and not hearing from you at all for ages. either way, i support you, i wish you a merry christmas and be happy for as long as you need and want, we will still be here, just because you are gone, doesn't mean the site has lost it's purpose. I think it just makes my life better because i dont have the money for games, my problem with games is that i play them for 3 weeks then quit.
And because of this site that doesnt need to happen and i can put all my money in to my pc.
