Lol... Guess where those censorship laws came from? The west. During the occupation of Japan by the allies, mostly from the US, which also put in place laws to prevent Japan from criticizing them. The point being made is regarding western sensibilities to what is considered "obscene"(devs words, btw) nudity and what isn't. It's not like it's some big mystery that 'muricans aren't comfortable with nudity. Unless it's some autistic feminist protest. Anybody that tries to argue the nips are more conservative with lewd shit has no idea what they're talking about. Japanese porn is some of the weirdest, most open to suggestion shit there is. Name it, and it exists. It's stifled by archaic laws that are currently being contested today by the new generation. But since nips are so stupidly passive, and lawmakers don't want to deal with the headache of changing this foreign adopted constitution, they probably won't succeed in changing it. All of that uncensored JAV porn that you fap to everyday is Japanese produced, but released through diff mediums to circumvent those laws. The buttholes you see in censored porn are a loophole in the aforementioned law.
Not really being racist at all, I mean I don't see it. Gen is right, the censorship here is shit. I bought Conan Exiles not only because it is a decent game (to me) but I wanted to see dicks and tits flying around everywhere, sounded pretty funny. But, the console editions are censored and only have "partial nudity". At least there are still tits I guess, totally cool with that.
I never understood the significance of those laws. Censorship apparently doesn't omit anything. With or without pixelation, it's rated as 18+. So what's the damn point? Might as well stop cockblocking everyone and just uncensor it right?

Just decrypted the game. They're full of shit. All of the "nudity" is censored. There's some obscured butts, and censored tits. That's it. Not a porn game, but the dev's claim there's butts and boobs we see is mostly false. I guess it's "nudity" according to westerners.
