Don't really understand what went wrong for you, but installing the game should be simple.

Extract the files.
Mount the ISO-file "WHITE_ALBUM2_1" to your virtual drive.
Run the "setup" with administrator and choose where to download the game.
After 3/4 of the game is downloaded a message telling you to mount ISO-file "WHITE_ALBUM2_2" will apear.
Mount the file and hit "ok"
DONE

Ok for the ones with doubts about how installing the game, this worked for me:

After extracting the 2 rar files, you will have 2 ISO files (you need DaemonTools or any other).
Double click in the first ISO so you can mount the ISO image, if you don't get the setup directly is ok.
Double click in the second ISO, open it and you will find "AutoRun.exe", run it.
When the setup comes up, just click "ok" then "yes".
Im playing it right now :D

I downloaded the first and second part from the first link, but when i try to extract the files from the .rar the pc asks for a password. Any suggestions?

same problem here... it says file error in mine
Edit: I succeeded. Apparently, you use WinRAR to do it. First, you need to mount and extract the first ISO file, and after extracting it, the WinRAR application will pop up a notification to mount and extract another file. That is when you mount the second part.

Okay, so probably a weird question, but what are you supposed to use to open "setup.exe" as "This app can't run on [my] PC"?

oh btw the game isnt translated but here is a patch, it works for me. https://todokanaitl.github.io/patch/

there are 2 iso files, open both but first double click on the 1st iso setup; it will load and then it'll ask for the second setup. go to the second iso and double click on the setup, thats it.
