To fix that issue open the iso file with an archiver or you can mount the iso and click "open folder to view files". There should be a folder called Crack. Open the folder and copy all the files in that folder to the place you installed Evoland 2. After that you should be able to play the game.

That was the previous game, on this version there should be sound from the very beginning (sound on Menu screen, buzzing sound on each checkpoint completion ("move left on the buzzer", etc.).
It may be worth checking your laptop is playing sounds generally (using sound icon on the bottom right of windows), then right clicking on it and selecting 'Volume Mixer' to see if the game is muted on your PC.
