how can i get the latest update for the Gog version i have downloaded mines 3.7.0

Is this the Steam version or the GOG version?

When trying to download all I get is an endless loop of adfly ads. I click the download link on here, it takes me to adfly, it says "wait 10 seconds", then after the 10 second countdown it says "click here." I click where it says and then the loop just repeats itself.
Can you fix please?
