does anyone still play this game? I tried to play this game in win10 and managed to get the logo title before the game crashed all the way. I've checked the google drive link for patches' updates on the comment section below but the files are no longer exist. does anyone still have the copy or any links to the source? like i already said this is not mine some random guy from internet posted this for me it worked fine may u did something wrong try installing again thats my suggestion download main files from this site too what i did was downloaded from this site and install those updates
it didn't work for me either. the game open up but just white screen then crash. not sure what happen. I did the main install first. then copy&paste 1+2 then use 3 patch and copy&paste 4 then use 5 patch and apply crack
So you need to press start or press B button to skip the first black screen and load into the main menu. Once you start a new game press B to skip cutscene(it's completely broken when you start a new game).
Anyone know where to find the updates? As is, the game is not compatible with the latest version of win10, but an update was issued to fix this in aug 2018.
When I click the game launcher to launch the game, it just opens Steam and takes me to the game in it's store. Did I install it incorrectly? I don't know why it's doing this.
Sorry for the necropost, but if you can't run the HD PC version, you can still try and find the PSP version, translated by SkyBladeCloud's group (I actually think SkyBlade did a better translation than the "professional" version...). Search for a merged ISO, I think it was around 3GB or so, and run in PPSSPP. You can find tutorials on how to max settings, but if you just tweak some, you can get the game to look gorgeous, run full screen, and you can still customize controls (sort of directly, but indirectly through PPSSPP's custom key bindings.)

I'm just having the same problem with the luncher... it doesn't start and i tried every solution i found and still nothing. The game starts from the "win" folder but cant change to full screen or any setings ...

sadly it laggs non stop. starting it and adjusting some öptions works just fine but when i start the new game and start to walk or fight it constantly laggs. maybe because of the high graphics. is there a way to optimeze this a little?

graphics, animations,bad porting, no options, 30 fps, playable with only keyboard and no mouse...wtf?! i know it was a psp game, but seriously, convert it really for pc, not just copy and paste to pc from a console...calling this HD is a joke...also felt like a shooter more than an rpg, final fantasy name was already fucked up for good and now this too thrown into the well without bottom
after crack, launch exe (in desktop or game folder) and u can choose: -Full-screen/Windowed -Layout: (button confirm/delete) -input: Controller or Keyboard
if u start with "fftype0hdlauncher" in game folder u have the choice. if u start with "fftype0hd" (in WIN) dont have choice. my game run with all exe... but stuck after all logo...
this is the fix for the launcher problem, " you need change the windows “Number format” from comma (,) to dot (.) in “Change date, time or number formats” in the control panel." now my problem is resolved
Dont works, after press Ok (for autosave info) i see: Square Enix Logo, Hexa Drive logo, Fabula Nova Cristallys Final Fantasy logo... and black screen... (fullscreen or windowed same result). Some tips!?!
You should see at "HOW TO INSTALL" (at the top site) if you dont know how to install some games, bro. And @disqus_vlAj5NvP8L:disqus said right, 90% games are same, need crack before start, if you dont crack, you never can start game
You need to crack the game. It's the same deal with 90 percent of the games on this website, you have to crack them or else they will never play for you
