Does anyone have this error message? I couldn't work around with AppLocale or anything else and searching for this doesn't show any success either since it's filled with '?'. I would love to hear any solutions. Thanks. (I'm using Windows 10, btw)
For window 10 that has black screen on start up and can't install AppLocale, then use Local Emulator as alternative, you can download Local Emulator at github.
To play this game, you will have to install Asian language pack first (a download is needed if you don't have Win XP CD-ROM), then use AppLocale from MIcrosoft. (completed in 11hrs) WE Economica ep. 2 don't exhibit this problem to my knowledge.
Hmm, look like with Windows XP, Windows 7 Home (you can't even install the pack in this version!), Ultimate & Enterprise you'll not have the Asian Language pack included.
