I have a black screen after launching even if I launch as administrator and with compatibility? Any solution?

i used to play this game alot then somehow i forgot about it, until i watched a video today and it talked about this

When I launch the game it is just a black screen the game looks super fun but just wont work. Maybe a new upload of it please? I don't know.
