So seeing that there seems to be no version 28 in the near future, I decided to bite the bullet and bought it. So far all that I can say is there's not much different with this version aside from graphic update, so you could try this if you want to see whether you like it or not. Moving on, you CAN HOST AND BE DISCOVERED BY OTHER PLAYERS WITH THE SAME VERSION - well this version only tho', admittedly, this game really depends on players so it could help if you have friend or maybe just someone randomly joins you to play together and see if you can relive criken's video. All you need to do is:
play the game first, then quit.
It should create a config file, open it with notepad and then delete the server password, leave it at blank. There's no way to join a server with password so it's kinda useless.
run the dedicated server, as hosting the server while playing is quite taxing Hope this helps for people who are interested but a bit cautious in buying an alpha early access game. If you do like this game, please purchase the game. The community is healthy - as in lots of player playing and surprisingly RDM is quite rare unless we're bored lol

It is in early pre alpha or something it is laggy as hell but this is the reason why you cant officially download it so shut up. When its released, you can play with a better framerate but now.. like i said... shut up
Honestly, u guys have no respect for the good old days and the good old games when things were more difficult and complex and hard to master. This game is fun for the people who are looking to retreat from the modern days into a good, sophisticated game which evryone already loves: game has got over 2 million through kickstarter, beacause those people wanna see this game be reality.
This game has worst graphics ever and so few missions that it is a insult the sell something like this for 19$ or something .. there are 500 better looking game with 5 times better graphics and have 10 times more thing to do then this game.. AND are FREE !
The graphics style is part of the game's history, dating back to Alpha 1, and the missions are due to it being an alpha game, which means its in development. The reason its paid access is because the developer needs to eat and shit, while developing the game.
