For anyone who had problem don't use the Uplay launcher instead go to your installation folder for example: C:program files (x86)\Ubisoft\Assassin's Creed Rogue then copy or using right click command send to desktop (create shortcut) Now if you made mistakes i.e. already used the launcher shortcut and then having encountered uninstalling problem. Just delete the registry at regedit.

For others who are having the issue with Uplay popping up when starting the game, you cannot use the shortcut that is placed on the desktop during installation as it uses Uplay to start the game. After you install the game and have moved the crack to the installation folder, if you want a shortcut on your desktop, you have to delete the one on your desktop and create a new one from the ACC.exe file. btw IGG; its not a big deal or anything as I was able to find the game, but I thought maybe you should know; Searching "Assassin's Creed Rogue" or just "Assassin's Creed" doesn't give a link to this page. The only reason I found it, was because I figured I'd search the "https://igg-games.com/list-386331624-game.html" page.
Dont get me wrong i love it i can even play it on my crappy pc but i cant choose an outfit it looks like its locked by Uplay but i know i can on AS 4 its strange can i get outfits somehow?
i already crack the game it work then i quit tried to open it again but uplay pops up do i have to manually put the crack again to play it EDIT: nvm already fix it i just create a shortcut of 'ACC' file because the assassins creed rogue shortcut in desktop is linked to uplay
i need quick answer , is there any specific method to get the outfit that cost you i believe 20 Uplay coins with the Katana sword in crack version ? . and thx
Don't use the shortcut created with the installation; after you've moved the crack files, create a new shortcut of the ACC.exe. The shortcut that is placed on the desktop with the installation of the game will try to use Uplay.
thanks for the reply... it is actually not, as I found out. In the official distro, the map and POVs are hidden until you synchronize :)... I guess it has something to do with the way the crack works and that the synchro state is stored at ubisoft servers :)
I downloaded this game last weeks ago then i deleted but i decided to play it again. When i installed it this message pops up "Another copy of this program is already installed! Installation will be aborted" Any solution?

Hey, I think I have some problems with the game :/
The HUD seems strange, like bigger and in lower quality than what he should be (ex : there is ~5cm (=2 inches ?) on each side who's is not used by the HUD (see the screenshot)
The game don't seems to be in full hd (19201080) but in a lower quality (of course in my options i put a resolution of 19201080, and there's no settings for the HUD) I hope you can help me ! Thanks.
Downloaded all the parts and update (Google Drive)
Extract the parts and update (7 Zip)
Mount IGG-Assassins.Creed.Rogue.iso (Daemon Tools Lite)
Run the Setup.exe, Choose Language, I accept, Choose your game location and Install
Open CODEX folder, copy the files and place it in your game root folder and replace
Open Update folder, run the setup.exe, choose your game root folder, and install
Open Crack folder, copy the files and place them in the game root folder and replace
Make a shortcut for ACC.exe and rename the shortcut. Dont run the game from the shortcut the installer gives you that would run the uplay launcher instead of the game. If the update didn't install in the right folder make sure to copy those files into the root folder... I install the game to C:\Games\Assassin's Creed Rogue but the update installed to C:\Games\Assassin's Creed Rogue\Assassin's Creed Rogue so I had to copy the update files to the main folder this might happen to some of you.
Will I get Altair, Ezio, Connor and Edward outfit? As ubisoft says that we must have played on the same uplay account 1 other ac for altair, 2 other ACs for altair and ezio, 3 other ACs for altair, ezio and connor and 4 other ACs for altair, ezio, connor and edward.
The game works but my screen becomes black whenever I open the game. I can even listen to the background music and control the menu but the screen remains black, Please help
For an issue with needing a CD key you have to mount the image or burn it to a disc THEN open that disc and you will see a folder called CODEX you copy the files from that and paste them into the directory where the game was installed. My issue is that I'm getting a 0xc000007b error.
You may have in the list of the CD's (C://,F://) The "CD" one after you installed the game it should be there. If not you can explend me what's the problem, All you need is to make the game starts from the CD location.

you can say the game crashes to desktop so google it with some keyword like "crashed after intro" or "crash at loading screen",etc
