They should just call this game planet smash up! All you can do is make stars or planets and then push them into each other or watch them get swallowed by a black hole. I was really hoping they would have included TIME into this game. Where you can actually watch hydrogen and helium turn into gas giants and if there is enough gas then into a star. Or let time fly 10 billion years to see our sun shrink down to a white dwarf. Better yet go even further out 1-100 trillion years and watch the death of starlight. Only white dwarves will be providing the last bit of light in our universe. When starlight ends any bodies that dont escape their galaxy will be sucked into the massive blackhole at the center of every galaxy. Long dormany blackholes flair up to life as they eat massive amounts of matter. Also because everything will be wandering around when 2 brown dwarfs collide they will create red dwarf stars depending on how big they are. So light will return to the universe for 1-100 trillion more years depending on how big the star is. also colliding neutron stars will really light up the sky as they collide. even at this stage our universe is still in the womb if you relate it to human life. you go far enough out say around 1 Googolplex year (that's a 10 followed by 100 zeros) Science says with this amount of time passed even a blackhole with 120 trillion solar masses will shrink and disappear due to hawking radiation. The universe will spend a majority of it's life cold, dark and empty. When the last blackhole is gone that is when humans consider the end of time, Because nothing happens and keeps not happening forever! There is a ton more things that occur i really hope they add time to this game there is so much more i didnt explain but you would be amazed! My 1st time playing i let the time run and run and nothing happened i was so disappointed! I felt better after smashing planets together! Thus why they should just name this game planet smasher unless they will eventually add time into their game.Lets hope they do and this game will get really interesting!
You can only request it on the steam page IF you have paid for the game. Which what you said was pointless since this very website is for downloading pirated games
Hey JY Are you always intimidated by people that you percieve to be smarter then you? You my friend are going to have a very hard time in life! You can learn from other people JY ok? anyway! 1st STOP USING DRUGS! No one is trying to fool you except maybe your dealer! 2nd If you dont understand why i think this game should be called planet smash up or are confused or don't understand what is going to occur with our universe You can just ask instead of trying to throw meaningless insults which tells me and everyone here that you probably rode the short bus to school. The world is in the state it is because of imbeciles like you! I suggest If you can to take a few astro-physics or astronomy courses at a college near you. Failing that ask ANY astrophysist, astronomer, or person with half a brain! OR Look it up on youtube! just type in search "The end of the universe" I'll do you one better Go to youtube and look up TIMELAPSE OF THE FUTURE: A Journey to the End of Time (4K) by melodysheep. I helped work on this one over 2 years ago with the coolworlds team from columbia university in NYC. Look it up if you want. JY? Maybe we can unburden some of your ignorance with EDUCATION! If not? Then you can start with this quote- “Brawndo’s got what plants crave. It’s got electrolytes.“ from the movie “Idiocracy“
Usually, you have to drag and drop files onto C:\ and stuff, this seems suspiciously easy. Whenever I download a cracked game and it says; just play!, it is either only working on some computers for some people, or its malware. Knowing that this is not malware leads me to believe I'm about to waste a half-hour on this... Can anyone validate the legitimacy of this particular crack?
I was dissapointed to find the gamedoes not take into account time which in space matters a lot! I thought i could watch the sun get bigger over time and turn into a red giant then burn out and turn into a white dwarf and let time fly and watch the stars change their formation over time but no matter how much time you let go by it keep everything in it's place. I look for certain stars but they are not located I can build and smash planets together like a little kid playing with a constructor set. I hope they fix this in future updates and make a real working universe we can tamper with, That would be amazing!
the game is a simulator, you can use it to answer questions like "what happens when we throw mars into the sun", or "how many earths does it need to turn the sun into a black hole".
There are some problems with update 26.0.1. First, they appear to me as well those glitched lines in a simulation with Super Earth which I made it in the version 20.6.2. Second, simulations seems to be less brithness. For example Milky Way Galaxy appear much darker than in the version 25.2 with much less stars, which I don't like. Final issue which I observed is the fact that I can't disable the full screen option permantely. In contrast to the version 25.2, in the actuall version 26.0.1 I need to go to the setings to disable it every time when I start the program !!! Please fix these issues !!!
Enjoy Update 26. Please note that there is a lines bug that appears as a glitched appearance on all rocky planets. That is random generated planets and preset planets like Earth.
I have fantastic news for you folks. On October 29th 2020, Update 26 for Universe Sandbox has been released to the public. This update is amazing. Read about it here: http://universesandbox.com/blog/2020/10/
Since you are using a pirated version of Universe Sandbox, it is normal that you get a popup message saying "Ahoy matey". You need to buy the legal version here: http://universesandbox.com/buy/
When you open the home bar on the side in-game, you get a small red bar pop-up that says something along the lines of "Ahoy, matey! Your copy of the game is 0.0 seconds out of date. Click here to find out where you can buy it.", along with a little skull wearing an eyepatch. I'm not complaining or anything, I just thought it was funny. You really got me there, US2 devs.
Please be aware that a brand new and more sophisticated desktop and VR user interface is being redesigned from scratch for Universe Sandbox. The current development is Update 26, which adds a new interface, new fragment visuals, better explosions and graphics for asteroids, rocky planets and explosion fragments. There are many bugs that will hopefully be fixed in this new community test build. Be sure to test this new update and send feedback. Read here: https://store.steampowered.com/newshub/app/230290/view/2874942184426662994 Update 26 is currently in the development process. If you use Universe Sandbox, please check out this new Update 26 build and test it thoroughly. Please report any bugs and other issues you discover on their Discord server and in-game. Don't forget to submit general feedback to the developers about the new interface. If buttons or other features don't work, just keep sending feedback to let them know, and they will fix it. The new update is brilliant, so don't forget to give it a thorough test and submit bug reports and any issues you come across. Each feedback requests helps developers fix problems as soon as they arise.
How do you uninstall the previous installed universesandbox? I can't find among the apps in control panel/program or apps in windows settings. Can't also find a uninstall.exe in it's root folder. New guy here, only been installed once. Please, do i need to just simply delete the folder and it'll be gone/then ready to install new version? Thanks
If you are using Universe Sandbox please request for more color options. Color options needed are galaxy colors, human objects colors, city lights colors and other missing color options. An atmosphere thickness option is needed. Life simulation with vegetation which changes colors when seasons change.
You can either continue to use the pirated Universe Sandbox version, or buy the genuine version. If you buy Universe Sandbox, make sure that you buy the latest desktop version.
honestly the alpha 20 version is better than the current one because the current one removed the impact marks so it looks less realistic besides it has several bugs
Wow. That's great to see Universe Sandbox updated to Update 25. This new update marks a huge step forward in improved performance and a number of bug fixes.
I downloaded the http://Mega.nz version and everything is fine. The only problem is that the application is corrupted when saving. Anyway, thanks and regards.
I really like the new color options for gas giants and stars. I wish that developers could of added color options for human objects and galaxies. However, I expect that to be out in a future color update.
Update 24.1 has been released and color options are now available to add gas giants and stars. You can also modify the number of bands on gas giants and use custom colors for each band. No need for modding game files anymore.
There's no password. You picked the wrong link, It shall start with BlueMedia and then you click on continue till it gets to Mega (you probably dind't used mega) The Pop Ups are Viruses. Including these that have passwords.
I can't wait until the surface grids update is officially released as a final version. I want to customize the colors of atmospheres, water, clouds, city lights, gas giants and bands, please everything else color related.
bro this IS the steam version, that's where they got it from you numbskull, anyways, you probably have a shity graphics card and thats why it looks bad
its running flawlessly on a msigs65....... a laptop....... and if anyone comes with the 20 bucks game argument im sorry but im out of money, the outer worlds plus TOO many switch releases, djwhatever.
This is what Administrator told me: I don't own this game, so I can't update it. I will update it as soon as I can find it somewhere or someone donates it to me.
Well as it appears the new update has some fixes regarding the steam problem and now I can play without steam opened :D Thanks for the crack guys you're the best ! Edit : only the problem of the " Pirate Popup " was not solved , and there are couple of crashes.
Everything is tested and scanned before being uploaded, this website is virus free. If you get a trojan, it's false positive, like explained http://igg-games.com/virus-trojan.html.
Agreed. While Codehammer has a point in general, I'm with EternTea12 on this. You'd be hard-pressed to find any other sites this clean that provide this type and amount of content.
When I start the game it says I need to have steam opened, I have steam opened and it still gives the same message and there's no crack in the game folder. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Try closing steam before launching the game. Beware that the game will spam pop ups saying you've pirated the game, so you will have to use a workaround which I have posted.
After a bit of poking around with dnSpy, I think I may have found a way to get rid of that pop up window that tells you you have pirated the game. Note THIS WILL NOT GET RID OF THE NOTIFICATION IN THE MENU. What you need to do:
Open Assembly-CSharp.dll in Universe.Sandbox x64data/ Managed/ with dnSpy
In Assembly-CSharp.dll navigate to the thing marked '~' and open it.
Delete the part named 'WinPirate' .
Goto 'File' in the top left corner of dnSpy and click it, then click 'Save Module'. This should get rid of the pop up window. Comment below if it dosent work and I will try and look into it. NOTE: In the end, the easiest way to avoid this headache would be to buy the game. Use this 'fix' at your own discretion. P.s. I found a value named 'logpirate', and I saw some stuff like 'google analytics'. Is this a cause for concern?
It ain't stressful to change a few words in the code here and there to see what works. Some of us don't have the kind of patience you have, and 15 minutes passes pretty quick so a pop up every 15 mins gets very annoying very fast. People are different.
EDIT: When you have deleted the 'WInPirate' value, go to 'PiratePopupSystem' and change the value '900f' to '90000000000000000f' or something like that. Then click save module. This should make the pop ups happen every 10 years or so (If they still pop up).
Well I just removed everything in the update method of the PiratePopupSystem, and it seems like it works. I could just remove the message sender in the loop but decided not to count a float number to infinity to save up some tiny bit of computing.
Thanks for the responses. For those who are clueless to where they find the 'winpirate' value, what you have to do is open the file 'Assembly-CSharp.dll', and click the arrow beside it when dnspy loads. From there you click on the arrow beside the '~' symbol and scroll down to the value 'winpirate', and hit the delete key. Then you save it. You may want to do this before you start up the game for the first time, with steam closed, and maybe with the internet turned off as an extra precaution.
update: The popups still show up, but in every 20-30 Minutes i think, so this might delay it or the update changed how long it takes for the popup to show up.
Did you save the module and replace the existing one? You may also want to do this before you start up the game for the first time and with steam closed.
Yes, i saved the module and replaced the existing one, i never had steam installed, i think it caused the "cancel" button that closes the pop-up stop working so i got to do Esc
Can you explain in greater detail about what happened? From what I can see you're saying that the pop ups still come up and are missing a 'close' button, is that correct?
After doing what you said, The pop up still shows up every 30-40 minutes, and somehow disables the use of the "Close" button, its still there but doesnt close the popup, so i have to retreat to using the 'Escape" Button, I dont know if the close button always does nothing or if its caused by me doing this, Leave the game running for an hour, and see if it pops up for you.
I don't think I can post links here, but try deleting the winpirate value, and go to 'PiratePopupSystem' and change the value '900f' to '90000000000000000f' or something like that. Then click save module. Tell me if it works.
I have posted more detailed instructions. Try and follow them carefully. It also helps to look at some videos on how it works so you have an understanding on what buttons to press, etc.
I'm no expert, but you might be able to get a steamapi.dll file from somewhere and configure it for the game. There might a tutorial for that somewhere
I tried it, I'm so gunna buy it now - I'm very impressed with it - and I just kinda through Jupiters and Neptunes at each other and made some supernovas with like 10 suns: def. will buy now, also - it'll get rid of the annoying notification
Firstly disconnect the internet (or unplug the RJ45 blue network cable), then just block it the Firewall Windows to block (to shut up with Advanced Firewall Windows). Play these game WITHOUT INTERNET (unplug the RJ45 blue network cable). Try it: Unplug the internet, block it these exe with firewall and play disconnected (or install your second PC without internet or use LAN Multiplayer Mode)
It's telling me to run it using steam even though i am running it with steam. I tried the smartSteamEmulator and that didn't work too. What should i do?
No, its a cracked game you can't get free games and expect all the features. That's why I crack only offline games because there's no point in buying them if you can't play with friends. But if I really like a game that I cracked I buy it. Like Prison Architect, Universe Sandbox2, and more!
When I open the game, it says that it cant be played without Steam being on in the background. It still shows this when I have Steam open in the background, so I still cant play. Any suggestions?
Disable Internet Conection (the RJ45 blue network cable) and just block these exe with Advanced Firewall Windows doesn't able to sincronize with Universe Sandbox servers (or a Steam), and then play disconnected the internet or use LAN Multiplayer (called as Cooperative LAN). EYE!: Very important, close and disconnect the Steam session if you're a steam account user (if contrary case, can be detected by steam vault shield) EYE!: Can be silently integrated by denuvo detected, seems a CPY crack team says are a Denuvo incorporated blobs these app.
dont click anything when the sandbox is loading, if you click so it will stop working, just click the game and wait for it to load, if it still wont work then I dont know what to do for you then
How do I even download it? it Just links me to bluemediafiles and it has nothing to do with universe sandbox, And bluemediafiles is just a 6sec countdown that it says is 5sec but the numbers are 6
Just click "Click here to download" should be in a blue box then that redirects you too Mega which then you can click "download now" in a Light blue box and then it should start installing at the bottom left of your screen
I downloaded it and as soon as I put it on my usb the usb got completely corrupted and unusable. I would very strongly advise you don't touch this. Anyone know how to fix a corrupted USB where the partitions cannot be found and every part of it gives a read error?
It works fine for me, on my hard drive. I'm sure whatever happened with your USB was an extremely unlucky coincidence. How old was the USB? Also, is this game even meant to be booted from a flash drive? I'd suggest looking on youtube for solutions on partition read errors
Crack detected it says ahoy you might using a pirated version of universe sandbox 2 pls buy it on http://universesandbox.com or steam to support developers.
jesus no one wanted to just answer your damn question. yes it will work on 32bit technically but based on the fact that your processor is 32 bit. it probably wont run well at all but it will technically work
why do you have 32bit in 2017? thats like what you would have in 2010 and even thats too late. Just download and test it only takes like 30 seconds to download anyway
While i agree with you on the bit debacle i have to say it's still not uncommon for people to have super slow internets and downloading anything over 500 mb's takes over 2 hours.
Good for you but not everyone lives in 1st world country with good cheap internet speeds, 90% of the world is still stuck on crappy internet speeds less than 5mbps because providers throttle the internet connections and scam people hundreds of dollars for decent speeds which guess what nearly no one outside of a 1st world country can pay.
But anyway i lives in India my download time is only just 1 minute 25 seconds I have 75 Mbps internet connection in which I can download @ 9.58 MB/s its totally xD
I have 5mbps internet and that is the max where i live because it is close to the mountains if you live close to the city then no shit you have fast internet
Then there must be some important government facility nearby because those kinds of connections are super expensive and pretty much impossible to find without governments being the ones requesting it.
5mbps in the USA!!.. I heard this before, why is it so much slower than our speeds in the Netherlands?. I have a medium range connection that my provider offers and I have 200mbps download speed, so that seems quite a difference to me..
Because if you don't live in urban areas in the US with access to Optic Fiber you get royally screwed with super high prices for shitty slow DSL connections.
Actually, the US just has shit laws and doesn't allow cable/internet companies to make their own telephone poles and that's why we have shitty internet.
i am having trouble extractiing winrar says C:\Users\sa071\Downloads\Universe.Sandbox.2.v20.0.11.rar: Checksum error in Universe.Sandbox.2.v20.0.11\Redist\vcredist_x86.exe. The file is corrupt C:\Users\sa071\Downloads\Universe.Sandbox.2.v20.0.11.rar: Corrupt header is found.please help
i used to have the same problems with every download, ive tried many versions of WinRAR, i downloaded 7zip to try it, and even files that WinRAR said were corrupted, 7zip extracted them and they worked perfectly fine, go download 7zip
Hi everyone... I've downloaded extracted the game. At first, when I launched Universe Sandbox 2 usinh the launcher.exe file, dialog came up, saying it stopped working Nex, I opened up the Universe Sandbox.exe file, and it seemed it was gonna work... however, when everhing is apparentjy read, a nasty dialog that said steam was required and had to be running on my PC appeared after the game was loading up for several seconds. I clicked on the OK buttom, and the game closed down. Nest, i launched Universe Sandbox.exe and Universe Sandbox VR.exe, but they showed the "Steam required" dialog... And again, I tried again to run the launcher, but Windows again displayed the message "Universe Sandbox.exe has stopped working"... I extracted both parts using 7zip. The game folder is currently taking up 2.76GB. So I don't think something had gone wrong
Everything works out the same after running the launcher and the other .exe files as administrator... Something really might be missing... How much space should the Universe Sandbox folder take up? I'll re-download the two parts, and I'll test out the game... By the way, I have Windows 10 (Build 10240), and I haven't installed Steam or any related program ever since I re-installed WIndows... so far it's less than two month I re-installed it.
The folder should be around 1.98gb, if you got a folder almost 3gb I recommend trying everything you can such as running as admin or searching for missing files until finally the game runs. Otherwise final step (which should work) is to redownload the parts and extract then try and run, this has to work! Hope this helps, check back on this page to see updates!
Did you download BOTH parts? If you did, you need to extract both of them to 1 folder. If it's still messed up, I can't really help with that...something must've been damaged or removed.
Hmm sounds like you're missing files, your system does meet requirements yeah? Try deleting the game then redownloading it, extract (maybe antivirus is to blame for missing files) then run again. It should work if your pc meets requirements and you have all files, folder should be around 1.98gb (with internet shortcuts and readme txt file deleted). Get back to us on how it goes
Universe.Sandbox.2.Alpha.19.7.2 uses 100% of my CPU and because of that the game lags. I have the older Universe.SandBox.2.v18.2C but it's not using 100% of my CPU and therefore the game does not lag. Any idea why is it like this? Of course after playing some amount of time in Alpha 19.7.2 as the comment below me says, it popped an alert saying I am playing a pirated version but I can still play after that.
Chances are, you're running it on a 32 bit system, or your PC is absolute shit. It shouldn't be burning your CPU at 100% unless it's said reasons above. This game is quite beefy, and sucks up quite a bit of performance. Sometimes closing unneeded programs may give a slight boost... Also, when it comes to these kind of games (Ones you can only find on steam, or the game is a steam version), you'll always get those notifs if it's Pirated(Basically means Cracked, or you got it without paying for it.), I would suggest locating your Steam folder, and saving its contents as a .ZIP, then delete the (Not the .ZIP one) Steam folder, then play this game all you want. And if you want your steam games, just extract the .ZIP folder...as long as you don't play the game while steam is extracted/installed, you should be fine. OR, if you don't want to do those steps, then try saving up some money, and buy the game legit, it'll somewhat save you the hassle of being punished...if you get punished in any way.
I'm running it on a 64 bit OS and an X99 system though. V18.2 is lag free and not using 100% of my CPU while v19.7.2 is using 100% of my CPU and lagging sometimes
Guys I was playing Universe Sandbox 2 and an alert popped up saying something along the lines about me pirating the game or something, can somebody tell me about this? What should I do exactly should I delete the game because of this??
US2 is pretty much a Steam Game...if you have Steam installed, that will happen...it's annoying as fuck...trust me. I would suggest locating your Steam folder, and saving its contents as a .ZIP, then delete the (Not the .ZIP one you just created) Steam folder after, then play this game all you want. And if you want your steam games, just extract the .ZIP folder...as long as you don't play the game while steam is extracted/installed, you should be fine. OR, if you don't want to do those steps, or keep having to extract, delete, extract, delete...then try saving up some money, and buy the game legit, it'll somewhat save you the hassle of being punished...if you get punished in any way. Not saying you will be...but I'm not saying you won't be either.
All this is - is a custom trigger. There's nil chance to be "busted". Anyone who plays cracked/emu'ed Steam games in their own Steam account (or in their same game directories) probably deserves to be banned. I mean why on Earth would anyone do this?
I believe you as there's no real way to play without the emu. I don't see an updated version so it may be some new trigger or some such. Don't worry about the message - I highly doubt they'll trace IPs and come after you. Tell me though - can you still play unabated? I mean is your gameplay affected after the message? Do you see anything weird or detrimental?
Just play the game outside of your Steam directory. A ton of people played Steam games.... and as of now, I haven't heard of a single story where some authority comes and arrests him or her. It's a custom trigger... that's all. :)
ah right I think I get you, so it doesnt matter that I have steam and download. So am I right to just download a rar game and extract it in my downloads? are you talking about the steam folder located in program files friend? if so I dont understand how the games would end up there hehe
You got it. Some people like to place things that are related together.... so if someone gets a Steam game and knows where their games are that are Steam-related.... That's how they "get" (ban) you... though if someone has a large library of games, he or she doesn't pirate usually. :o
so that guy who said something about the game earlier theres no real point to take on board what he said, I can just download uni sand in download folder, extract and just click play. I only keep IGG games in downloads or my documents
Yes. It's a scare tactic. Look at it this way. Steam wants your money. If word gets out they go after pirates blatantly, they likely will lose money since no one likes an enforcer of the law. Sure, pirates are wrong in, well, pirating - but it takes quite a bit of resources to really go after people. I mean, sure, you could be the next poster child example of Valve going after someone but usually that's a token case and exceedingly rare. I've said it time and time again - the only real vulnerability a pirate has (other than downloading some dodgy, infested crap and/or your ISP detecting and sniffing packets if you torrent) is his or her own laziness. To protect yourself takes effort and most people who get busted are plain dumb. Even after being told or instructed to do "X" and "Y" to stay out of trouble - what does the average Joe or Jane do? You guess it - IGNORE good advice and do very LITTLE to defend him- or herself.
He's right, a message pops up but you just have to click close on it. It's basically saying that the game is pirated and you're stealing the hard work of people blah blah and you can click the steam store or close the pop up and keep playing.
FYI, this is cracked, it'll do that if you have Steam installed...which is annoying as fuck...trust me. Second, this game is not suppose to be free, it's cracked...as in...we can play it without paying jack shit for it. Third, you're most likely one of a tiny few kids that complain about what you said there...either you don't know what Cracked/Pirated means, or you're just that damn immature.
When i to play it use my cpus memory and i cant even try to play and cuz it have both 32bit and 64bit version of it when i go to 32bit it sad to chek of buying the game in team speak is needed and no mater if i close it or do anything game continue to crash in both situations
hi every body, i download US2 but it doesn't work... I read explications on this topic but i don't understand how to crack US2... (i'm french) Can someone explain to me step by step how to work this simulator please ? thank you !
Ah ah ah funny, You know another thing that's funny ? When your boss saw you barking like an idiot because you have "who let's the dog out" in your head. And stop having this stupid sond in your head ALL DAY LONG !!! IT MAKES ME CRAZY !!
ok so... you big noob... do you check details of your files ? no ? i guess it... So just check about "SmartSteamEmu" and open it with text reader... You got it ? Right. Now check the ligne " Target = " It's at the bigginning of the text and paste " Universe Sandbox x64 " next to the = . save it an now you can launch US2 Steam break your balls ? just press esc. you're wellcome
Also I keep getting this message. 'Unable to lauch game. Make sure the 'Target' and 'StartIn' folder point to correct path and folder'. What am I supossed to do?
hey when I open the LAUNCHER it crashes in the older version this didn't happen to me. I wanted to know if it was my computer that can't hold the new version or some kind of error also when i open the one that says Universe Sandbox2 not x64 or VR it works but it says that i must be logged on steam and blah blah blah and it closes and i wanted to know why one works and the other does not
How will I know when the game has been updated? Will the name of the game on the list change to "Universe sandbox 2 (alpha 19 final)" or something else?
Here's a solution that worked for me: Go to "settings" (ingame setting) and under "Simulation" (in the general settings tab) change "Computation Device" to "Managed CPU".
I'll explain as simply as clear how to solve the problem of Gravity Nowhere in Version 19. (Ignore bullshit that says "IRAwarrior") In made there not need to change any file conch everything going on in the software, in the settings. The problem is is that the default CPU settings level is NativeCPu and the whole problem is there. So change NativeCPu to enter ManagerCPU mode and the problem will be resolved. I understand better after finding the source of the problem without using "IRAwarrior" (gift explanation as false and useless, it is also clear that with muddy water in explanation lacks logic) why in some it works and in others not, because we certainly have the same software, but not the same machines and between each other, not the same cpu. Ps; When talking about IRAwarrior .txt file, be aware that the state ie .txt, it's not a command file but written information (or a liability file that is not involved in the program), it becomes a command file when appointed .ini. Then 1, it confuses speaking of .txt file (which is useless) and it talks about config file instead of being specific for those who do not know it, but that c no config file .Ini (c say not hard but it does not come to mind). For he who does not know it and looking for a Config file in there, it is not near the find since it is such a .Ini for the .txt file, the one who does not know it looking in there when there is no command.
i fixed the "no gravity" bug. I did it by typing this: Target = Universe Sandbox x64.exe and then i started it with the Launcher. Got now no problems. I can crash some planets now :)
I'm encountering the problem where the game has no gravity. I followed everything IRAwarrior said. When I open up SmartSteamEmu.txt and try to find "Target=", it can't find it. Can anyone help?
Thanks, but now that I did everything IRAwarrior said to do, nothing changed in the game (I mean I'm still experiencing no gravity). And to be sure, I checked again to make sure I did everything correctly.
Can you make a Video of it, I dont know if I am doing it right or not, I tried everything but i seem like I cannot do anything, Please make a Video on it or Update your Guide, My Problem is that I cannot play the game because of Steam and as you said Earlier do not use the Launcher, I am not using it, instead I am using the Exe not x64 or VR, I tried them afterwards but still same results, please a Video or a Better Guide would be useful, Thanks :D
So i'm using .exe and it still opens steam. I tried all 3 apllications, .exe , vr.exe , and x64.exe . i also tried launcher which had some problem with windows which is bullshit bc it was trying to pull up steam. WTFFF. i'm gonna break my laptop.
No Gravity Error: Open the game folder, should be named "IGG-Universe.Sandbox.2.Alpha.19" unless you changed its name...First step, in that same folder, locate "SmartSteamEmu.config", or "SmartSteamEmu.txt" and open it. When it is open, press Ctrl +F to open the find option, and search "Target =". When you find it, it may say something after the =, highlight it by click and drag, or backspace the whole thing all the way back to the =, and replace it with "Universe Sandbox x64", by replacing it, i mean type it in. Click file, then save, then exit the file.

I CANT GET THIS ST TO WORK I DO EVEYTHING TO FIX T I MAKE .EXE TO X64 NOTHING IS HAPPING WHEN I TRY OPENING THE GAME STEAM OPENS THEN THE GAME CLOSES HOW DO I FIX THIS ST F**KING THING
Ok, seems like lots of people are running into the no gravity issue, the unable to find game executable or the "steam needs to run to play the game" error...I'll tell you how to fix and bypass these errors as simple as possible...but if you still don't understand, you should delete the game from your PC and give up. READ ALL OF THIS IF YOU WANT TO GET THE HELP YOU NEED, CAUSE I WILL NOT HOLD YOUR HAND FOR THIS! No Gravity Error: Doesn't matter where you extracted the game to, open the game folder, should be named "IGG-Universe.Sandbox.2.Alpha.19" unless you changed its name...First step, in that same folder, locate "SmartSteamEmu.config", or "SmartSteamEmu.txt" and open it. Click file, then save, then exit the file. (TIP: This can also fix the "unable to find game executables" error, but I'll explain that next.) Unable to find Game Executable Error: The No Gravity Error fix can help solve the issue, but here's the catch, do NOT use Launcher.exe, cause that's where the error occurs. So use the "Universe Sandbox" application, or .exe if it says that, not Universe Sandbox x64 or VR, just universe Sandbox, easy fix, that's all you gotta do. Steam not running error: This is super easy to bypass. As listed above, open Universe Sandbox Application, or .exe if it says that, when the game opens and says that steam needs to be running, press the Escape key (Esc Key), and poof, you can play it. Steam opens, and game closes: You're probably using launcher.exe or another one...you must use "Universe Sandbox.exe", not x64, not VR, and clearly NOT Launcher.exe.
I did everything u said, but when I click on Universe Sanbox.exe, it doesnt say that steam needs to be running, it just opens steam without any warnings. So, with that, I cant press Esc and exit. What do i do now?
ok i did what you said but it doesnt work (I AM USEING UNIVERSE SANDBOX.EXE NOT X64 OR VR OR LAUNCHER.EXE) when i open universe sandbox.exe it opens but then the game says can not run game open steam to run and i can see its still broken so how can i fix this
I did what you said with replace but when I open again launcher.exe it says make sure "Target" and "Startln" folder point to correct path and folder..and I know what it means but I replace it correctly with Universe Sandbox x64.exe and it won't work..also when I open Universe Sandbox.exe it won't work, neither do Universe Sandbox x64.exe -.-
"but here's the catch, do NOT use Launcher.exe, cause that's where the error occurs." Is it just me, or is everyone just skipping over every word I type in?
No "SmartSteamEmu.config", only "SmartSteamEmu.dll" & "SmartSteamEmu.ini" & "SmartSteamEmu.txt" & "SmartSteamEmu64.dll" & "SmartSteamEmu" folder, what to do?
i did the stuff i open universe sandbox.exe but it opens steam then the game goes down steam opens the game in buy store where i can buy it then it goes down how do i fix it
Steam opens, and game closes: You're probably using launcher.exe or another one...you must use "Universe Sandbox.exe", not x64, not VR, and clearly NOT Launcher.exe. Other than that, i can't find an answer.
every times i open the Universe Sandbox x64 it always open up steam then closes the game this also happened to the launcher, what do i do? please help me!
For all of those who have the gravity problem, go to the SmartSteamEmu.config file and hit ctrl + f and type in Target = Replace Universe Sandbox.exe with Universe Sandbox x64 And it should work.
here's how to play for Vive VR: u gotta edit the SmartSteamEmu.ini file (config setting). Where it says: Target = Universe Sandbox.exe edit to put this: Target = Universe Sandbox VR.exe save file then click on launcher and the launcher will execute the vr.exe file
After I start the game my whole computer is getting wrong. All game will be black screen and whole computer is getting shit!!!!WTFWTFWTFWTFWTF FUCK!!!!!!!
Guys if you want to open on UniverseSandbox.exe it doesnt work. If you want to open on LAUNCHER.exe it's work. ( for me it's work, i dont know if for you it's work )
Nevermind i was clicking the game instead of the LAUNCHER somehow when i turn on the LAUNCHER it works but if i click the game on the bottom it doesnt.
Nice game, but I see that the launcher start the 32-bit version, is it possible to have a launcher who start the 64-bit version? (in order to have more power :D) Thanks.
See the "SmartSteamEmu.ini"?Open it, then find the "Target = Universe Sandbox.exe"(Underlined in the picture), it is the name of the file will be opened, change the file name to "Universe Sandbox x64.exe", enjoy:)
This is a great Simulator and remember how we are so small in universe..dam black hole with power 1 sun do some damage then when go 100 sun omg and more worst Sagittarius 43000 and the black hole 10M jesus...
Maybe you should have these games come with a steam updater so you don't have to constantly do this over and over again and we don't have to download it over and over.
Are you always intimidated by people that you percieve to be smarter then you?
It’s got electrolytes.“ from the movie “Idiocracy“
you just have to find the right .exe file
craters from impact
Edit: It's now Update 26.2.1.
Final issue which I observed is the fact that
I can't disable the full screen option permantely. In contrast to the version 25.2, in the actuall version 26.0.1 I need to go to the setings to disable it every time when I start the program !!! Please fix these issues !!!

Each feedback requests helps developers fix problems as soon as they arise.
New guy here, only been installed once. Please, do i need to just simply delete the folder and it'll be gone/then ready to install new version?
Thanks
i turned show atmsphere on and it still doesnt work
Cant buy a game that costs about 20 dolars
I don't own this game, so I can't update it. I will update it as soon as I can find it somewhere or someone donates it to me.
Edit : only the problem of the " Pirate Popup " was not solved , and there are couple of crashes.
What you need to do:
This should get rid of the pop up window. Comment below if it dosent work and I will try and look into it.
NOTE: In the end, the easiest way to avoid this headache would be to buy the game. Use this 'fix' at your own discretion.
P.s. I found a value named 'logpirate', and I saw some stuff like 'google analytics'. Is this a cause for concern?
I could just remove the message sender in the loop but decided not to count a float number to infinity to save up some tiny bit of computing.
Read this article.

what the fuck is this shit? am i going to be harrassed by this shit or can i enjoy this shitty game? you know, "Have fun ^^."

it Just links me to bluemediafiles and it has nothing to do with universe sandbox,
And bluemediafiles is just a 6sec countdown that it says is 5sec but the numbers are 6
What a cheap piece of scumbaggery who cannot even afford to buy one game.
Anyone know how to fix a corrupted USB where the partitions cannot be found and every part of it gives a read error?
I'd suggest looking on youtube for solutions on partition read errors
( Target = Universe Sandbox.exe )

There Is NO Sound In Space...
I Learned That When I Was Like 10 Or Somethin Dude
the game said its pirated!!!
so l have to play only 4day!
I extracted both parts using 7zip. The game folder is currently taking up 2.76GB. So I don't think something had gone wrong
Otherwise final step (which should work) is to redownload the parts and extract then try and run, this has to work!
Hope this helps, check back on this page to see updates!
If you did, you need to extract both of them to 1 folder.
If it's still messed up, I can't really help with that...something must've been damaged or removed.
Try deleting the game then redownloading it, extract (maybe antivirus is to blame for missing files) then run again. It should work if your pc meets requirements and you have all files, folder should be around 1.98gb (with internet shortcuts and readme txt file deleted).
Get back to us on how it goes
Any idea why is it like this?
Of course after playing some amount of time in Alpha 19.7.2 as the comment below me says, it popped an alert saying I am playing a pirated version but I can still play after that.
V18.2 is lag free and not using 100% of my CPU while v19.7.2 is using 100% of my CPU and lagging sometimes
Anyone who plays cracked/emu'ed Steam games in their own Steam account (or in their same game directories) probably deserves to be banned. I mean why on Earth would anyone do this?
Don't worry about the message - I highly doubt they'll trace IPs and come after you.
Tell me though - can you still play unabated? I mean is your gameplay affected after the message? Do you see anything weird or detrimental?
It's a custom trigger... that's all. :)
Some people like to place things that are related together.... so if someone gets a Steam game and knows where their games are that are Steam-related....
That's how they "get" (ban) you... though if someone has a large library of games, he or she doesn't pirate usually. :o
Would cause too many issues with rendering and framerate, stuff like that
Second, this game is not suppose to be free, it's cracked...as in...we can play it without paying jack shit for it.
Third, you're most likely one of a tiny few kids that complain about what you said there...either you don't know what Cracked/Pirated means, or you're just that damn immature.
Anyways
Welcome to the crew, brother.
Help :c pls
Can someone explain to me step by step how to work this simulator please ? thank you !
it meanS "c'est pas grave" in french...
you should read more topics to understand

IT MAKES ME CRAZY !!
So just check about "SmartSteamEmu" and open it with text reader... You got it ? Right.
Now check the ligne " Target = " It's at the bigginning of the text and paste " Universe Sandbox x64 " next to the = . save it an now you can launch US2
Steam break your balls ? just press esc.
you're wellcome
I I didn't understand how to do because of " SmartSteamEmu " now i got it.
It was easy finally ...
Crashes on launch..
i cant do anything ._.)/
MY game doesnt work
it has no orbital pull no collisions
HELP ME
THE PLANET ARE JUST DRIfting AWAY
?:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\IGG-Universe.Sandbox.2.Alpha.19.
uil y donc notre premier modification ;
Target = Universe Sandbox x64.exe
#StartIn = ?:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\IGG-Universe.Sandbox.2.Alpha.19
?:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\IGG-Universe.Sandbox.2.Alpha.19.
Il y a ;
#StartIn = ?:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\IGG-Universe.Sandbox.2.Alpha.19
I'll explain as simply as clear how to solve the problem of Gravity Nowhere in Version 19. (Ignore bullshit that says "IRAwarrior")
In made there not need to change any file conch everything going on in the software, in the settings.
The problem is is that the default CPU settings level is NativeCPu and the whole problem is there.
So change NativeCPu to enter ManagerCPU mode and the problem will be resolved.
I understand better after finding the source of the problem without using "IRAwarrior" (gift explanation as false and useless, it is also clear that with muddy water in explanation lacks logic)
why in some it works and in others not, because we certainly have the same software, but not the same machines and between each other, not the same cpu.

IS asking me for Steam... He says i need steam, so i can play .
And i am runing Universe Sandbox VR.exe
its the good one ;)
I did it by typing this:
Target = Universe Sandbox x64.exe
and then i started it with the Launcher.
Got now no problems.
I can crash some planets now :)
Target = Universe Sandbox x64.exe
and then start it with the Launcher.
It should be fixed now.
On the game then open a new simulation to fix gravity problem!
Target = Universe Sandbox x64.exe
and then i started it with the Launcher.
Got now no problems.
I can crash some planets now :)
IRAwarrior u forgpt to type ".exe" after "Universe Sandbox x64" ;D
So, the correct way is : Target = Universe Sandbox x64.exe
No Gravity Error: Doesn't matter where you extracted the game to, open the game folder, should be named "IGG-Universe.Sandbox.2.Alpha.19" unless you changed its name...First step, in that same folder, locate "SmartSteamEmu.config", or "SmartSteamEmu.txt" and open it. (TIP: This can also fix the "unable to find game executables" error, but I'll explain that next.)
Unable to find Game Executable Error: The No Gravity Error fix can help solve the issue, but here's the catch, do NOT use Launcher.exe, cause that's where the error occurs.
Other than that, i can't find an answer.
Replace Universe Sandbox.exe with Universe Sandbox x64
And it should work.
u gotta edit the SmartSteamEmu.ini file (config setting). Where it says:
Target = Universe Sandbox.exe
edit to put this:
Target = Universe Sandbox VR.exe
save file
then click on launcher and the launcher will execute the vr.exe file
most likely yes
PLEASE TELL ME NOW
i need help please
*bigger updates
Oh no I'm not play Universe Sandbox 2 a while how I can exit?
Warning: This is Alpha 17 not 18 or 18.2!
it sends me to steam's store everytime
Check the game requests.
