Did you download an exe file? When opening the exe, did you get a rar file, or am I missing something? If the above is true, you downloaded an ad, make sure you get the correct file.
this probleme is solved but now after downloading the dlc version i lack a lot of files .dll likes and so i don't know how to get the FMOD_soud group_release one
If it's missing dll files you have to have the right version of c++ installed. Look for an application in the files called vcr vcredist or something like that. if it's not in there Just download every version of c++ you can find on google and restart your pc and try again.

Steam is running but still gives me error 01221
