My issue was solved by updating graphic card driver, I mean the correct graphic card driver. My old laptop used the driver that is stupid. By searching on Google, I'd found the graphic card driver that perfectly fit my old laptop system, and yeah, that also solved this game issue (and many other issues). If you have a not-too-old PC like me then I think you just need to update your graphic card driver.

I have a problem on steam_api.dll I downloaded it and put in on system32 (i guess) and It doesn't work. I know that the steam_api.dll is on crack but still doesn't work

right the missing DLC is the weapon chance accessory set, though i don't really care what my weapon looks like, anyways thanks for putting the link for the DLC... hope it doesn't get removed though
