Did you download an exe file? When opening the exe, did you get a rar file, or am I missing something? If the above is true, you downloaded an ad, make sure you get the correct file.

I am having trouble getting Sims 4 to patch from 1.37 to 1.38 and have asked for help in that section and still stumped on what to do. I have attempted to repair the package file but it is unrepairable. I keep getting an Invalid Hash Error on one file in the updater. I have included a ScreenShot of the issue and the one circled is the only invalid hash error I continue to get. Please help as I believe this patch is the Laundry Day pack and I just have up to Cats and Dogs and the one update after that. Note: My game does run without this patch but I want to get Jungle Adventure too and even later versions in time. First thing's first - did you run the game as admin? If you did and it didn't work then try the following. Well I googled your error and looked at the first result. I've noticed some rars or zips require WinRAR. When you try to open one of those archives with 7-Zip, it says the archive is corrupt, but it works with WinRAR perfectly fine.
