So i Downloaded Xenoverse 2 installed all the updates and everything but everytime i try to launch it i get told The application failed to launch properly then it randomly deletes the steam_api64.dll file and never launches, i have this consistent error with Blazblue cross tag battle as well
Once I download the .dll file (for Jurassic World Evo) it no longer gives the message that gfsdk_aftermath.dll is missing but instead says The procedure entry point GFSDK_Aftermath_GetData could not me located in the dynamic link library. (installdirectory). Any ideas? As far as I know everyone else is having the same problem.
So i downloaded the dll file that I was missing and it said to drag onto the destination folder and I did that. But it still keeps saying that I am missing it. I am trying to play Cross Days btw.

To people with OpenAL32.dll problems; Some games don't have this dll,dunno why. Some do. If you have a gme with OpenAL32.dll and one that doesn't,ctrl+c that .dll and paste it into the other game's folder.

I have had a missing "binkw32" file for many games ive installed and ive used this solution and it still failed so any advise? (For my lastest game ive tried this on was black ops 1, It worked but when i start the game it says "The game didnt close properly do you want to run in say mode." what do i click? but either one i click it does nothing and it worked once but it took me to the steam purchase page
Usually that's a windows 32-64 bit error, meaning you installed the dlls wrong (and it's a bad idea to install dlls like this guide shows anyway) or you installed a file wrong, the easiest way to fix ALL these errors would be when you get the error don't just try to download that dll, because that could result in more errors down the line, so google the dll and find what program it's from and install that, it'll usually be a .NET, V++ or DirectX redist package, and if you have some time just download all of them, 32 and 64 bit versions and reinstall everything. It'll take ages, but remember that if you buy the game, Steam will do all that for you the first time you load the game. ;) (or you could look in a "redist" folder if there is one)
And do not touch the IGG files...
