If you're using windows 10, there should be an iso file in there. Right click it then press open with, then select windows explorer. Go to "This PC" and the Installer should show up along side your drive C and drive D. Open it then you should see the installer inside.
After the installation of the game, copy the content of SKIDROW folder and replace the files in the game's directory. That's how you installl the crack.
i got the game up and running but when i enter the game its says "invalid serial number' how do i solve this ??? also i used this number as someone posted it below K7V6-A9AB-11DA-PP42-SKDR-1337
