nopee, it was .dll files such as vcom100 and xinput1_3 i put the wrong version, i accidentally read it at dll website. all those guide about upgrading shits like visual c, direct x even installing windows repair, none of them helps what a hack

0xc000007b? just like mine that is dll files mine was xinput1_3 put in system32 and vcom100 put it in game folder if 32 version not help then it must be 64 version vice versa
i do try it , but nothing happen, i'd try to replace mfc, msvcp, msvcr, vcom, xinput .dll files with the newest version but nothing happen, i surrender. thx for the help m8, appreciate it
xinput at system32 vcomp at the game folder also you need compatible directx and Microsoft visual c+, i believe you can find the installer at game folder called "CommonRedist". i think you should install the lastest directx available and all version of microsoft visual c+, from 2005 - 2019,to avoid future other game error.
Done sirr ^^, i download it and put it all on game folder, i do reinstall the directx and update .net framework, now its working, thx for the advance, appreciate it, u are a big help sir(⌒o⌒)
reminder that "common redist" folder is the required program for your game to run. if you have any dll error on another game by codex installer be sure to install the program from that folder. you wont have any tho if your directx is the latest and you have all visual c+ installed.

I've met a problem after I beat the legend mode. so I decided to play DLC maps, and as soon as I selected them and run, loaded as usual, then the game crashed and quitted. anyone has any ideas? O_O
After clicking on the game, it opens for about a few seconds with a blackscreen and closes, I've tried it on all of the different launches, and tried to open the launches on my C: but instead opens up my steam on the game's page

I doubt it. Sure we got it on the switch but never outside of Japan. If it comes to PC i'm afraid it will also be japan only. Which is a shame because WO3 is much, and i do mean MUCH better than WO4
oh wait, this is different than 2012 on PC ( Not on Steam and so far only japanese language ) -contains a lots of DLC (better than non-steam on 2012 because the DLCs are few) -can choose voice language: japanese or english -change menu language: japanese, english or chinese thats all

just type dll you need on google
extract file then put dll to either system32 or your game folder
