This error usually happens in 2 cases.
The first case is when you try to install an old game on new OS
The second case happens when the files are corrupted or not downloaded completely.
This is most likely the second case here.

Don't know about others but the G-drive upload is corrupt. Tried it myself and got the same error because it is incomplete.
