But, it appears as if your asking about ISDone.dll and that you updated to win 11 24h2 and after downgraded back to win 11 23h2 (23h2 is what i run) game works fine on there.
However, ISdone.dll is (most of the time) contributed to "lack of space". After downloading the game, and extracting, did you check to see if you still had the required space to install this? with the base game, and DLC's (including 4k resolution pack) this game totals up in size of 171GB. at least that's what my installation folder shows me.
So, if you have downloaded the files (the 19 parts) delete the "DLC" stuff for the time being to clear some space. So you should ONLY have the base game. Once you have ONLY the 19 parts, extract using winrar or 7zip DO NOT USE WINDOWS TOOLS TO EXTRACT OR MOUNT THE ISO! after extraction, use daemon tools (or power ISO) to mount the ISO file in this game.
Once you do this, install the game. if you use daemon tools, or power ISO it will save you space. Anyways, mount the ISO and install it. If you get "ISdone.dll" share a screenshot in your next comment. and please, use english so im 100% sure i understand what it is you are asking me lol.
P.S. do NOT have windows antivirus software turned on, and it may be best to add an exclusion for where this game is "downloaded to, and going to be installed at". (if you dont know how to add an excluded folder location in windows antivirus software, just google it). same goes for any other antivirus software that you may use that isnt windows native defender.

when you "unzipped" it, what software did you use to unzip it? was it winrar, 7zip or? List the exact error ISdone is giving you. (should have a number tied to it). Sometimes that number can mean something different. Most the time as i mentioned, its lack of space. if you have a 500gb ssd, downloaded the files, then extracted the files. you would not have the required space to install it.
I would like for you to delete the extracted files (after showing the error code you have). then download winrar and extract it again. if any part is "corrupt" or missing. winrar will state what the issue is. If you have your ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE turned on, you will "always" have issues installing this. as AV software believes cracked games to be malware etc.

after downloading, then extraction/unzipping right click your drive and hit "properties" to see how much space you have after downloading and extraction.
also, your C drive (where ever your OS is installed) can NOT be full. It must have some free space, for temp files to store in momentarily during installation.
download 7 zip if you dont have it, and after extraction right click, go to "7zip" and locate "CRC" then CRC32 and share that number. (screenshot/image) will work fine. i can tell you that way if your missing a file or not too.
if all of this seems to much, just download 7zip at the least. and show the crc32 check i asked for. this will tell me instantly if your missing stuff.

I did what you told me about 7zip, and now I'm sending you the image of what it says and the image of the error I get when I try to install the game.
Your iso file is corrupted, in other words it was downloaded incompletely. You should "force recheck" it from your torrent client. Most torrent clients support this feature, it will download only the missing bytes (not the whole thing).

Okay, thanks. I think I'll probably continue with the problem anyway. Because the ISOs of the games I want to install that now give me the isdone.dll error always worked for me. Only many stopped working when I updated to the Win 24H2 version and then formatted it because I thought the problem was just the update. I can't install the games anymore because many of them give me the same error.
Thank you, after asking for this. I couldnt verify against mine. (since i have the DLC's installed). So, my checksum was different. To be honest, i didnt think about grabbing a torrent downloader, and checking the ISO using a torrent client.... Either way, appreciate you chiming in. Now i know for sure he was missing something.

this is my path for this game. btw, 3 disks dont mean you have enough space to install it. Also, its telling you your missing files. Run a "RECHECK" on your torrent. (itll take a bit of time) but something is missing. my final fantasy install location. (on another drive) which has a short file path. long paths cause issues too. F:\Games\Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition

the files your showing in this image are not from this page. this is a codex installation. your sharing an "amigo" install. (not the same thing) this will NOT work on win 11 24h2. works fine on 23h2 however and lower tho. i have dual boot on my pc. so, i have win 11 24h2 installed on one drive, and win 11 23h2 on another. this doesnt do anything other than "pops up" in the task manager for a second, then vanishes on 24h2..
forcing that re-check is the easiest thing to do, since your torrent client will download (whatever is missing) and not the entire thing again. if you can share what torrent client your using, i can tell you what to do next if that makes it easier.
I'm telling you bro, I was using the Windows 24h2 version and it wasn't working, and now I switched to the A23h2 and it still doesn't work either. I still have the same error. The ISO isn't from this page because it was telling me the same error, so I tried downloading it from another page, but the same error persists. The only thing left for me to do is what you told me about rechecking the torrent so it downloads the ISO.
force rechecking that torrent wont take long, either way, once you resolve the torrent. You shouldnt have anymore problems. Either of these torrent's from igg or amigo should work fine.

Could you please tell us what version of Windows you're on? Just type "winver" into run or start search please. Example would be: Windows 11 Version 24H2
Im not your "average" windows user, so i wont need to do this. But, im on win 11 23H2 build 4751. 24H2 seems to not play cracked games to well so ive not updated beyond this for that specific reason. i seen your other comment, which is part of why i made this comment. (if windows removed the crack on your end, then you didnt add an exclusion in windows antivirus or whatever antivirus software you use). otherwise it would not be able to remove the crack, no matter how many updates came out.
specs are 5800x, 4070ti, 32gb ram, antivirus cant intervene. (whole drive is exempt from being scanned) since it hosts only legit and cracked games from steam, epic, gog, and IGG! Check that you have updated C++, net framework, and proper gpu drivers installed. i can share a screenshot of my c++ and net framework drivers if youll take it into consideration and act accordingly. p.s. i have played for around 10 hours or so. (ive since been playing rebirth).

I did some research before and it seems that some cracks (Codex usually) no longer work in 24H2 because the Windows Kernel has changed, and the exploit they were using is gone. It's not that Windows is removing or deleting anything.
I'm glad the game works for you, but I think a very large percentage of people are going to be on 24H2, so the game will not work for them, so it's important to save them some time.
I decided to update to 24h2 since it has some major performance boosts in gaming specifically for Ryzen processors (your processor is included). I did hear that some games might not work, but so far it's only been FFXV (Codec version).
Same research i seen, but your mistaken on one major thing. Its not limited to "codex" it includes empress, codex, RUNE, (ALL denuvo exploits), and other usual cracked games too while some cracked games still work on 24H2. None that im aware of (on denuvo bypasses) work period.
I have dual boot on my PC win 10 (not been updated nor logged into in ALONG TIME.) but its also been stripped using sophia script for the most part benchmark scores several years ago. So, i could update that, and let you know. If i decide to try it out, ill comment again and let you know. But, i cant say for sure or not if i will.
Considering it may require a format of the drive and it also holds games, and save data (that would be quite a lot of work to test for just one game). I honestly didn expect you to be on win 24H2, but that could explain why it wont launch for you. Then again, not alot of people have moved on to 24H2 bc this "cracked games not working issue" is quite well known now. (people are avoiding it for as long as they can for the most part) from everyone ive spoken too. Those who dont try to downgrade or just give up.

I guess a lot of those I just happened to not play, and I play a variety of cracked games, old and new. The only one I've had an issue with is FFXV (Codex) so far. I had an older version of FFXV by CPY that I downloaded here that still works, but doesn't have all the DLC.

I see your edit now. Since you're keeping your old 23H2, I guess it would be easy to compare benchmarks/performance between games, which would be really interesting too. Honestly it would be cool if FFXV still somehow did work for you, but from what I've been reading, it's unlikely.
If you clean install Win 11, it's automatically 24H2 since October I believe, but it would be interesting if the dev build was different somehow. I'm up to date right now and I'm at: Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.2894).
No dice on running win 11 24H2 on the latest dev build (so im guessing in general) but this game does work. Which my entire point of posting. most the time people download games and have issues due to drivers, AV software, etc not usually bc windows patched an exploit...
however, i wanna ask you to upload that CPY versions EXE and EMU files to megaup and p.m. them to me so i can check something on my end. (i tried several things with what i have currently) but nothing worked. also, have you tried adding the DLC section into the emu for CPY from CODEX? that may get the DLC's to populate if your lucky enough for them to actually be present in the game on that version.
i would never clean install my cut win 11 23H2 version. i will hold onto as long as i can. (most likely until november this year) when its forced on everyone when microsoft drops support. as for "comparisons" i didnt check. bc 4% isnt enough to bother with for me. and from all the charts ive seen, the new fixes are related to X3D chips not the older zen 2 processors.

If you checked that single frame of the video that I linked (which takes 5 seconds), it shows that the performance increase is up to +30.6% where many games are over +15%. On that frame itself shows the benchmarks were done on a non-3D cpu.
Your CPU is popular enough where I'm sure there are benchmarks for it too. I read that Ryzen CPUs from as old as the 2000 series were seeing pretty big boosts on 24H2.
his vid is for Zen 5 and mentions zen 4 from what i recall. my chips zen 3, but i have a 4070ti and run 50/50 between 4k and 1440p on a 60hz 4k tv. Since its 43in and my monitor is 1080p 165hz 27in. So again, updating is "not a valid move" for 4% increases If you REMOVE the TOP 4 scores
I watched this vid 3 times a while back, and i watched the spot you wanted me to see which (shows nothing about a 5800x lol) but check his pinned comment and see what he says "take away the top 4". its just not viable imo for an avid pirate based off 4% uplift in some games while over half my library will no longer work... Not at all, i just repeated back what you said lol. I get alot of bullshit almost every other day here from people mad about a game not working etc. But they never seem to realize im not a mod/admin and only do this to help others. (plus i have spare time).
If i had went and rechecked your first comment on the game not working for your, id seen you had said you were on 24h2. But anyways, no worries on my end dude. If i was mad/tilted/sour in some type of way, i would had added some slurs at you somewhere along the lines. If you still have the denuvo version tho, you can try what i was going to try if you wish. Tossing the exe from the non denuvo version into the denuvo versions main folder then launch, if not then try adding the emu... its a long shot on that, but there is one other thing to try. its just to much to explain.
i used to be into hardware hardcore, considering how much i spent just "to have the next thing" within 8 months time. (enough to have decent E90 or turbo one of my E46's. Win 11 24H2, when I try to launch the game, the executable (ffxv_s.exe) shows in Task Manager for a few seconds and then vanishes. Game downloaded through the 19 rar files and I also double checked to make sure the crack was applied.
It could be that the Win 11 24H2 update is preventing the crack from working properly.
Video driver is up to date, I also tried manually installing the files in _CommonRedist\vcredist\2015 folder. Added virus exceptions, added exceptions for Data Execution Protection (DEP) and Control Flow Guard (CFG), tried running it in compatibility mode, turning off the Win 11 game settings, etc.

Hello, I've downloaded it from torrent and installed it, copying Codex folder's content into the game's folder. When I try to launch it as an admin using the .exe inside the folder, it just doesn't launch. In fact, I cannot even see the process on task manager. Any solution to fix this, please?
it could be that your windows is missing the necessary drivers to run the game. Try updating your windows drivers to the latest version, as well as VGA, NET Framework, C++ Redistributable,... (all of these can be found and downloaded from the Microsoft site)
no, because the mod is already installed by default, you can turn off that feature in the options in-game... I used to do this, but it was a long time ago, so I don't remember clearly, I just remember that it was quite simple, go to the options in the game menu, and turn it off. (or you can search on YouTube about this)

use a download manager...XDM, IDM, etc etc. megaup works just as fast, if not faster than gdrive for me. it just has 5 ads per download page is the only annoyance i have about it.
You're correct. I haven't downloaded, so not sure if these are .zip or .rar, but in either case they are both just container files that hold all the game files. Windows 10 can unzip .zip files natively. But I'd just install WinRAR cuz you need it to unrar .rar files, but can also do .zip files too. Then right-click ANY one of the 19 files and left-click the extract option of your choosing in the conext menu. It'll know it's part of a multi-archive and extract everything from them automatically. After it's been extracted, you can delete the original .rar files as they're just taking up space now.
I downloaded, extracted, and installed... ... When I click the game, it gets me to Steam, and asks me to buy it. Is the game not cracked, or I have to do smth else?
When you go through the setup/install, there's an option to copy all CODEX contents... make sure that's checked. Those are the files that crack the game. If you've already installed, then just manually copy the contents of the CODEX directory to wherever you installed the game. That does the same thing.

Hey finally got it to work, not 100% sure about how but this is what I did. Uninstalled the Anti-Virus Restarted the PC then just ran the ffxv.exe file. I found out by accident. After uninstalling the virus guard I ran the game(without restarting) it was the same it didn't work. Today I just tried the .exe for old time sake and it launched...

I heard that update 1.30 fixed the stuttering issue that it has for years. I don't know if it will be update here?? Hopefully it will soon, i really want to go back to play this game without any stuttering issue!!
Check if the file is in quarantine (Check your antivirus program) If it is, bring it back. Also, did you check this option during instalation: "Copy contents of CODEX directory to installdir"?
I don't have an antivirus. And crack is well copied. If I install the game I can launch it. I wanted to solve the problems and appear version 1.25 of the game solves a lot of worries. Now, once this version is installed, I get this error "unable to load library steamclient64.dll "
Is there still a problem with stuttering in this version? Does it come with the HD Pack? And if there is a problem with stuttering where do I get a version that works well?

probably you had older version (v1.25) without Episode Ardyn, this version works fine. patches after version 1.25 introduced severe stuttering in the Steam version

You have to download all the parts, then put them all in a folder, select them all and extract them, then it should appear a folder with the normal setup for the installation of the game
ye my AV detected many trojans but they wont harm your pc at all. and to Witty Wall : plug your ps4 with your ps4 cable in USB slot. it should work for sure. i use microsoft xbox360 but ps4 controller also works for me.

I just finished downloading this and there are 2 possible ways of running this. One is the demo and the other im guessing is the full game I can only open the demo and when i try to open the full game Im asked for a product key from origins is the demo start up the full game or is it just the first chapter

That is what Im doing, the thing is that in mid of the unzip process MANY parts that got (2) numbers are being asked . Now I finish the unzip, but Im wary of the results, thank for the quick reply. Other problem is that in the middle of the unzip the ZIP asked me part WITH numbers, it was weird, SO i was editing names files (putting numbers and then taking them away) as the unzip goes on....
I don't know if anyone's getting the same bug but when I dropped Iris off in Old Lestalum (beginning of Chapter 6) the UI suddenly disappeared and it was as if I played in a cutscene (can't interact with any NPC, can't pick up items, can't open menu (gear, ascensions, etc.) and others). I can only pause the game with esc and roam around the area. Is there any fix to this bug or is reinstalling going to fix it?

Hi. Does anyone know how to mod this game? Since original specialK refuse to work on pirated games. I desperately need performance tweaks for my 1050, could hardly handle 1080p (as this is the native res for my laptop) even on low (especially when viewing large landscape). Or someone have nice tricks to handle this?
i am talking about changing graphics stuff in the config not modding (changing graphics settings etc in config is better in 99% of all cases for one reason : you can do more stuff than ingame) (also modding could work if you change some stuff in the codes with specialk etc ... i mean if you know how, + the performance is pretty decent tested on a really shitty pc and it worked fine on 1080p 60fps 75% scaling)
well, i can't upgrade my gpu laptop, but i have found the problem. it was nvidia driver 4 series were buggy as hell. after rolling back to default driver, FF XV run smooth on high.

- downloading winrar
- unzip (extract) using winrar to make sure nothing is missing. (winrar will tell you if there is something missing, and what part is missing). ULESS you downloaded this via torrent?
- making 10000000% sure your antivirus software is NOT interfering in any way!
extra step- after downloading, then extraction/unzipping right click your drive and hit "properties" to see how much space you have after downloading and extraction.
- also, your C drive (where ever your OS is installed) can NOT be full. It must have some free space, for temp files to store in momentarily during installation.
- download 7 zip if you dont have it, and after extraction right click, go to "7zip" and locate "CRC" then CRC32 and share that number. (screenshot/image) will work fine. i can tell you that way if your missing a file or not too.
if all of this seems to much, just download 7zip at the least. and show the crc32 check i asked for. this will tell me instantly if your missing stuff.The CRC32 of the codex-final.fantasy.xv.windows.edition.episode.ardyn.iso file is:

make it "C/games/Final fantasy (3 folders is all, and when the third folder is opened. your installed games exe should be present.)
this is my path for this game. btw, 3 disks dont mean you have enough space to install it. Also, its telling you your missing files. Run a "RECHECK" on your torrent. (itll take a bit of time) but something is missing.

forcing that re-check is the easiest thing to do, since your torrent client will download (whatever is missing) and not the entire thing again. if you can share what torrent client your using, i can tell you what to do next if that makes it easier.

specs are 5800x, 4070ti, 32gb ram, antivirus cant intervene. (whole drive is exempt from being scanned) since it hosts only legit and cracked games from steam, epic, gog, and IGG! Check that you have updated C++, net framework, and proper gpu drivers installed. i can share a screenshot of my c++ and net framework drivers if youll take it into consideration and act accordingly. p.s. i have played for around 10 hours or so. (ive since been playing rebirth).
I did some research before and it seems that some cracks (Codex usually) no longer work in 24H2 because the Windows Kernel has changed, and the exploit they were using is gone. It's not that Windows is removing or deleting anything.
I'm glad the game works for you, but I think a very large percentage of people are going to be on 24H2, so the game will not work for them, so it's important to save them some time.
I decided to update to 24h2 since it has some major performance boosts in gaming specifically for Ryzen processors (your processor is included). I did hear that some games might not work, but so far it's only been FFXV (Codec version).

I have dual boot on my PC win 10 (not been updated nor logged into in ALONG TIME.) but its also been stripped using sophia script for the most part benchmark scores several years ago. So, i could update that, and let you know. If i decide to try it out, ill comment again and let you know. But, i cant say for sure or not if i will.
Considering it may require a format of the drive and it also holds games, and save data (that would be quite a lot of work to test for just one game). I honestly didn expect you to be on win 24H2, but that could explain why it wont launch for you. Then again, not alot of people have moved on to 24H2 bc this "cracked games not working issue" is quite well known now. (people are avoiding it for as long as they can for the most part) from everyone ive spoken too. Those who dont try to downgrade or just give up.

I see your edit now. Since you're keeping your old 23H2, I guess it would be easy to compare benchmarks/performance between games, which would be really interesting too. Honestly it would be cool if FFXV still somehow did work for you, but from what I've been reading, it's unlikely.
If you clean install Win 11, it's automatically 24H2 since October I believe, but it would be interesting if the dev build was different somehow. I'm up to date right now and I'm at: Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.2894).
however, i wanna ask you to upload that CPY versions EXE and EMU files to megaup and p.m. them to me so i can check something on my end. (i tried several things with what i have currently) but nothing worked. also, have you tried adding the DLC section into the emu for CPY from CODEX? that may get the DLC's to populate if your lucky enough for them to actually be present in the game on that version.
i would never clean install my cut win 11 23H2 version. i will hold onto as long as i can. (most likely until november this year) when its forced on everyone when microsoft drops support. as for "comparisons" i didnt check. bc 4% isnt enough to bother with for me. and from all the charts ive seen, the new fixes are related to X3D chips not the older zen 2 processors.
If you checked that single frame of the video that I linked (which takes 5 seconds), it shows that the performance increase is up to +30.6% where many games are over +15%. On that frame itself shows the benchmarks were done on a non-3D cpu.
Your CPU is popular enough where I'm sure there are benchmarks for it too. I read that Ryzen CPUs from as old as the 2000 series were seeing pretty big boosts on 24H2.
I watched this vid 3 times a while back, and i watched the spot you wanted me to see which (shows nothing about a 5800x lol) but check his pinned comment and see what he says "take away the top 4". its just not viable imo for an avid pirate based off 4% uplift in some games while over half my library will no longer work... (which reading that takes 8 seconds give or take!)

If i had went and rechecked your first comment on the game not working for your, id seen you had said you were on 24h2. But anyways, no worries on my end dude. If i was mad/tilted/sour in some type of way, i would had added some slurs at you somewhere along the lines. If you still have the denuvo version tho, you can try what i was going to try if you wish. Tossing the exe from the non denuvo version into the denuvo versions main folder then launch, if not then try adding the emu... its a long shot on that, but there is one other thing to try. its just to much to explain.
i used to be into hardware hardcore, considering how much i spent just "to have the next thing" within 8 months time. (enough to have decent E90 or turbo one of my E46's. It could be that the Win 11 24H2 update is preventing the crack from working properly.
Video driver is up to date, I also tried manually installing the files in _CommonRedist\vcredist\2015 folder. Added virus exceptions, added exceptions for Data Execution Protection (DEP) and Control Flow Guard (CFG), tried running it in compatibility mode, turning off the Win 11 game settings, etc.

Uninstalled the Anti-Virus Restarted the PC then just ran the ffxv.exe file. I found out by accident. After uninstalling the virus guard I ran the game(without restarting) it was the same it didn't work. Today I just tried the .exe for old time sake and it launched...

5.Installed all Microsoft Visual C++

it was nvidia driver 4 series were buggy as hell. after rolling back to default driver, FF XV run smooth on high.
