Checkout ACE mod that was created by community modders that contacted the developer and asked him for the base code so they can finish the games themselves and he agreed. It has already added a bunch of parts that were missing and makes the story much better.

if any of the things you download here require a password, its a virus and not the actual game you tried downloading. this means somewhere along the line you clicked the wrong link or something.
I'm trying to play at this game with a friend in multiplayer and I tried to change the "user_settings.json" file with settings that we can see on internet, but it doesn't works for me. I thought of SSE to get this working, but I need the non-cracked files ( the original steam_api.dll file ) for it to work. I searched on the net things like "full unlocked" files to have the original ones but I can't find it. Does anyone knows where I can find this stuff ?

Not sure how to help. Never got that error before. There should be a directory in the game folder that has a few plugins that're necessary to run the game. (Microsoft Visual C++, Direct X, etc). Make sure all your computer plugins are all up to date. That tends to help in most cases. That, and your graphics driver also being up to date.
Anyone else getting constant freezes in multiplayer? Lua and Lua_gc just taking 100% freezing the game. Even on day 1. Was fine in the alpha before. Did they seriously make it worse?
i hear the multy is a mess you will be constant crash or freeze after few minute. yup they abandon this project and the v 1.1 will come out at december they dont specify the date though. but i dont think they fix this mess

Can you check if this still works? I tried it with release 877 (current download as of this post) and it just doesn't connect to steam/overlay. It just says I'm online. (I changed the steam_appid.txt from 253250 to 480) Edit: I followed Deivis Doska's comment above and that works.

Please fix this. The game is not working for me, hangs in main menu, many bugs with interface and loading. Can't even get into the game it just never stops loading.
why does igg-games say 32bit or 64bit but when i download the game they have clearly left out some 32bit files so it wont play! only the 64bit version will work! they do this with so many games i hate having to go to other sites to find files they leave out one error is kernal 32 dll. please copy all game files so everyone can enjoy the game

Nope, MP doesn't exist in Stonehearth yet, and I don't believe that it'll be a feature until MUCH later into its life. Maybe late alpha/beta phases but not any time soon.

Keep in mind that the game is still in development, to fix this issue you can open the console of the game by pressing the "~" key and then click on the building and type "ib". This will instantly build the building for you if the building has glitched out.

Alpha 15 - rel 529 = March 17 release. Confirmed working. For people who get crashes, I'd recommend checking if your system has every compatible .NET Framework installed.

I found that when I start a new game the names of the hearthlings are in russian. I managed to fix this problem by removing the russian.smod from the Mods folder. I hope this will help someone else! Cheers!

Inform Stonehearth support about the issue and show them the log file. They will definitely identify and would at their best efforts try to resolve the problem. You can find the log file under C:\Users\AppData\Local\stonehearth this is for windows, I don't know about other OS.
