is your account type is a STANDARD USER or an ADMINISTRATOR ? I think you must be an ADMINISTRATOR because it saying (the appropriate permissions to access the item or the file)
My account has ADMINISTRATOR permissions i just checked the control panel, it is quite odd that it is now happening certain games i download that brings this notification up.
anyone know how to deal with the infinite loading screen, when i load my game? worked fine until i turned it off then tried loading it the next day and it wouldn't stop loading.
Lol xD Maybe check if yoyr video card drivers are up to date? And try running as administrator and with Windows 7/whatever OS you have compatibility. BTW - interesting layout, easy island because of 1 point to defend :)
my pc is very old, no board I think, but I have a friend with almost the same computer that ran perfectly, I'll see what I can, thank you and on the island, I only opened to demonstrate that the error is only in my characters kkkk

I can confirm what Lorenz said. I'm using this website for several years now and never had a problem. Sometimes you need to disable your antivirus and sometimes even Windows Defender - but no worries, it's all good here.
Bad North dubbed Bad arrows really. If you get attacked by archers sitting in between a pond, you're f'ked. And since there's no saving, double that. Game over start again. Well f'ked. Until they fix this issue, it's f'ked.
Here's some tips i used to finish on hard: 1.learn advantage and disadvantage for each unit, Spear men are what you want to hold waves of enemy, so they are ment for defend but can't attack, they are afraid of range units and need back up if line break through. Swords men are well rounded but since you are always outnumbered you shouldn't use them to hold front line. Their jobs are attract range attack(place them next to spear man), chase down archer(only if you are out of archer ability or bomb) and fill gap up if spearman's line broke) Archers are not your dps, they are meant to deal with enemy archers, use the ability to rain arrows down on enemy archer. 2.Terrain is the most important thing, hold a choke point with spear man and it's nearly impossible for melee enemy to come through, then back them up with swordsmen and archor. Remember survive is the most important thing, sometimes give up houses on flat ground and hold choke point instead is the way to go. 3.For equipment i like to set up as war horn for swordsmen, bomb for spearmen, ring of command for archer, however, this is not need to be strictly followed as i did success with other loadout. My personal peference for upgrading is spearmen level-archer ability-swordsmen level-archor level then whatever i want. this is because i find out spearmen and swords men's ability often lead to front lines disorder thus failure. 4.glhf and don't cheat
It's actually quite easy if you focus on the necessary things and don't get to greedy with gold you might find better islands off the map than you currently have and if you don't know yet you can actually go to islands that have an adjacent finished island not just from the last island you were in + try to get as many commanders as you can and don't upgrade more than 1 upgrade at a time then test it in the next island to know what it does and what would be helpful with it and which runes to better accompany that upgrade unless you know exactly what they do because i actually ended up not using certain abilities ever and needing others That being said... I actually did the second to last island twice i kinda cheated and gotten punished... i lost one commander on that island and i then thought let's just see what the rest of the waves are and ALT+F4... turned out there were no more waves and once i gotten to the gold assigning screen i ALt+F4 when i came back i had lost that commander AND the gold wasn't taken AND the island was defeated i thought i'm screwed but oh well did the last island first try first run
It's a rouge like game so if all of your units dies it dies permanently and your saves gets deleted i think and have to start from the beginning of the game like other rouge like games for example is Battle Brothers or FTL wipe out would be whole game over and start form scratch but the know-how and knowledge of the game mechanics stays with you, the player
