Anyone else get a problem where their screen constantly flashes green in cutscenes? It's incredibly distracting. Edit: so apparently it happens whenever I set the FPS to 60 or unlimited. Guess I won't be playing on those framerates...
Downloaded this yesterday and both updates. I came across the same issue as a few other people, it not starting. I simply disabled my anti-virus for a minute and retried and the game launched fine. Added to exception list and now it runs with no issue. So far the game is pretty fun too. Note, you will need to install both updates as well and you have to install them in order.

Is this with the fix for mouse controls? This was released before the fix went live though. I tried it and it was still pretty bad, had mouse accel with some weird type of angle snapping, that made it so i would move in straight lines. Did i do something wrong xD

Installed the game correctly, as I do with all the games from here, but I still have the problem where steam opens when I launch the game. Anyone got a fix for that?
Install all editions of C++ libraries and see if it helps you. Coz believe me this shit happens because people installing naked Windows OS and think they are good to go.
Game is still in development on PCs (because it's simple port from XONE), and devs told they're working on it, so let's hope there will be SSE4 or SSE3 compatibility (or port to x86-64 like normal games use it). Also it's funny, how every AMD CPU jumped from SSE3 to SSE4.3 in one generation...
Ok, how to bypass minimum specifications check? I'm failing at CPU Freq, because it requires 2.98 GHz and I have 2.9 up to 3.8GHz under load, and a VRAM it finds my integrated 1GB video card, not dedicated 4GB one. I have SSE 4.1, Windows 10
Activate turbo boost or maximum clock speed of your CPU in the BIOS to operate at maximum speed all the time. And disable all power savings features for your CPU. As for the VRAM make sure in the NVIDIA control panel you set maximum performance (if you have NVIDIA video card) when you set maximum performance at NVIDIA CP the game will use your NVIDIA GPU video card instead Intel integrated GPU.

Exception This allows the 'Anti-Virus-Ware' to still run, while gaming without any issues. PS: Some games requires more then one '.Exe' to be allowed Like; Fallout, Borderlands, etc... The usual Tells, if you need to allow more files through, is:

should work. I have a gtx 1060 6GB, 8 GB DDR3, i5 4570 3.2 GHz and got the game at 1080p max settings with solid 60 fps. It's a pretty good port (minus the mouse control and lack of graphical options...also the anti-aliasing looks god awful, just turn it off, doesnt make a difference in visuals). Sunset is a lot less demanding than Origins as well. Probably set the game at 900p or 720p .
Yes this game must run on your pc just fine even tho your video memory is minimum for this game, only 2GB of vram. And don't worry your CPU support SSE4.1, 4.2 instructions. In case you have fps lower than 24 try to set a lower resolution in the game settings menu.
Umm has anybody found a solution to the system specifications not met problem? I just want the option to ignore it. Legit buyers have this problem as well, I can only imagine how frustrating it is to buy a game only for it to not run at all.
Even if you see this warning you can click accept or something like this and the game will try to run itself on your pc but if your pc can't handle this game the game will be terminated. Upgrade something in your pc to run this game. P.S: This game required minimum 3 cores or 3 threads on your cpu if your pc only have 2 cores this game will not launch.
Well shit it doesn't run.I'd have expected a 4 year old game to run well on my specs but whatever. Thing is people with better specs than the minimum could not pass the check so what the hell?
I think the people with better specs that the minimum, for them the game engine just doesn't recognize some of the hardware they have or some of their hardware like clock speed doesn't math with required minimum. I recommend them to wait a few days for a patch. It's a buggy port coz it was rushed and it's a powerful port coz it was made initially for Xbox One in mind.
The sad truth is that this game really required a minimum of 8GB of ram, it's just was designed that way, even if you trick this game like you have 8GB of ram the game will crash on the desktop very often and you will see disappearing objects with whole prefabs and graphical glitches. I don't think you want that experience. But in case if you want, then I think you can try to trick the game by tricking you windows system somehow and by messing around with msconfig maximum memory tab.

ok managed to get the game running but now i am having save problems, i actually played around 2 hours SAVED manually got back to the game later and for some reason they only let me play new game again. did anyone have this problem?
Most of time when people have problems saving you have to run as admin whenever you play the game so right click on it go to properties and click on always ask admin and it should be able to save.

Sorry to hear this man, have you tried running the exe as admin? Or maybe the drive where you installed the game is encypted...Because i have tried running this game in 3 different specs(all of them are windows 10) & they work perfectly
The exe already was set to run as admin and my drives are not encrypted and I tried practically everything. This is the first game that doesn't work on my pc except some games that required SSE 4.1 coz phenoms don't support SSE 4.1.-2. For some reason, and to many people, the antivirus didn't let the game launch. There was no message, there was not virus found on the crack files, but the AV didn't let the game launch.
Yeah I told ya it was not a crack. Practically all the antivirus programs acting like this and because of this I recommend you to use a standard Microsoft Security Essentials antivirus for gaming pc. I was using AV a long time ago it was number one antivirus but it consume decent resources of your pc and sometimes you know it's just better to forget about viruses and antiviruses and you can just start using Microsoft Security Essentials and this program is free and will not bother you too much and will protect your pc well if you paying attention on stuff that you are downloading. And Microsoft Security Essentials is number two antivirus, and for gaming pc it's what we all need.
I've got the game for the xbone, which sits behind and is hooked up to one of my monitors, but I've wanted to play it on the PC for a while. Since I could never find it on the windows store, I assumed it didn't exist. Also I'll be seeding this for a while, already seeded 50gbs XD. I wonder if I can play it on my PC since I own it for xbone?

This game was boring filler for the launch line up sure it has some nice gimmicks but gimmicks cant make a game up alone. I can't imagine many asked for this and the price point on steam seems they know its not worth a full asking price.
