Just to inform others, there's a GoG version of this game, reported to be v1.4.6, and it has an additional weapon dlc. I have not found non GoG version, but the Steam page has "new:xenarite macrostudder" as a lable, so it should be there too, as that's the added weapon.
At first I wasn't sure about this, then noticed that this guy was putting this same link on every popular game on the site. Logically, there's no way all of those games have widescreen issues, and even if they all somehow did, the same fix wouldn't work for all of them. I have banned the person. Hmm, was it the "FlawlessWidescreen", unlikely it had been, I can personally say that it works on KotOR2... it has very many games it can plugin to, all I can say is that it worked on the one game, on Windows 10( 64bit), so there. Now, it does NOT list this game with a "Available Plugins", so there. So the above logic is flawed in the fact that it could not have a lot of games fixed in some aspect ... but making games run in widescreen mode is tricky as there are more than one way to do it "correctly". That can result to and fix; GUI problems, visibility, field of vision etc.
Ouh yeah, and people can also forget that very many games that don't support the 21:9 widescreen aspect ration monitors cause they weren't that big thing when very many games were made, this list includes for example the first 3 Mass Effect games. But the FlawlessWidescreen tweaks that. It supposedly doesn't include the GUI elements, but there's a mod for that.
Version 1.0.4 will not install when doing updates. click on setup and it will give an error message that appears for an nth of a second and then the setup installer deletes itself
Try another download source. They respond to different browsers differently ... would be what I would say, if I were to suspect things. I myself got things good on my end with Mozilla Firefox and the http://MegaUp.net links... in a new tab.
There's a tiny new patch to the game v1.1.1. And I am here hoping for a link to the cracked version of it. Cause the game still crashes from time to time.
Better than i expected. There are a few bugs here and there and the balance and difficulty curve are not perfect, but much better than the majority of 40k licensed games. Recommend u wait for a sale before buying, that way it will have more time to get polished. 7.5/10
