good crack, as usual, but do i recommend the game its self? no. barely beat the c4, which is the 1st most wanted guy you race, the shelby is imposible to beat. he literally avoids any contact with the police throughout the whole race, the police also prefer to target me, and they are like bricks being thrown at your face, pinning me to a wall with ease. not to mention the rubber banding (ea's trick of making the game more "challenging" by giving the oponent car 500 more hp until they overtake you). oh and not to mention, its impossible to see in the night, supposed "headlights" are on, but seeing anything that is 3 meters in front of you is not possible.
After playing more than 30 hours and getting first place on half of the cars/races, on the legit version of the game, I can admit that the AI and the lights are shit. BUT, if you can't beat the most wanteds, my man you need practice, find new cars, take one you enjoy and let's go. This game is not enjoyable for players who just want to chill / is not suitable for people who cannot focus and be like "whatever, I'll try again" without throwing the controller by the window. The fact is that this game highly depends on skill for some speed races or for some vehicles, however when you have to face the cops, nah, really, it's just a matter of RNG. Cops will not be able to go faster than 300 km/h (if I remember well), but you'll have to outrun the cops with cars that will just barely be able to go over 250 km/h (note: after a certain level in the pursuit which increases with time when you try to outrun the cops, faster police vehicles will be able to be faster than any of your cars). In that case, you'll just have to pray that the AI (which is insanely SHIT AND DUMB) will: 1: just crash in some random obstacles 2: crash in other vehicles on the high-way 3: just do not follow you (yes it happens, some times they just go straight forward and stop following you) 4: get the police cars bumping into each other (that's how you end up with 30sec runs on a race you were tryharding to be just bellow 2mins). Cops goal: destroying your ass, every police vehicle is a blue turtle in mariokart. If you can't outrun the cops when you are just chilling on the map, let them catch you, nothing will happen to you but a loading screen and a teleportation to the location of where you found the car. To be able to drive at night on the game you have to know where you go, so just do the stage over and over again, at a certain point the sun will rise anyway. Finally, the AI which is passive for the civil vehicles, is not even close to be good. Civil vehicles will ever, EVER, go from point A to point B, so you cross a road slowly (you can drive trucks, so yes, you drive slowly, you don't have the choice) you see the AI coming, crossing the road, in any games you would hear a honk, the car would stop. BUT NO, it just goes forward, slowly landing to a crash. But EA at this point was like "uh, can civils stop ?" and someone just add this cool and dumb feature: if you hit a civil's car, it will just stop the car, and after a few seconds it will just go again. Same shit happens if you are stopped on a road, civils will stop, honk, then go STRAIGHT FORWARD IN YOUR CAR. Wtf is this ?
if you're looking for a good need for speed game,i suggest looking for these ones: underground / underground 2, most wanted 2005, carbon, or anything else that you can actually get past the 2nd mission, or don't play need for speed. plenty of other racing games that are not made by ea. the amount of of rubber banding they add to the games, is like extra pineapple on pizza, that is if you don't like pineapple on pizza lol
I downloaded an installed the torrent version on this website. When I want to start it says D3DCOMPILER_43.ddl not found and XINPUT1_3.DDL not found. I cannot find a crack folder anywhere. Can anyone help me with this?

The setup.exe isnt working when i mount the game iso into my f drive. i get a window saying: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." i have already tried running it as Admin. what do i do? and in the crack file, NFS13 app is found and a folder with items titled nfs13 inside as well.

I doubt so. You'll need Origins installed and then you'll have to login with an EA account. If you want to play multiplayer, I'm pretty sure your account need to have the game registered, which mean, pay only.
For whatever reason, I have downloaded it fine but it says that I need to go to the store and buy all the DLCs. The cars, races and even the airport in the Termianl Velocity DLC pack is blocked. What do I do to unlock the DLCs?
On my case, the ISO seemed to have "some kind of virus" that would "generate" a fake "explorer.exe" file into any random folder in %appdata%. I used Bitdefender Total Security 2016. The virus wasn't on the setup.exe file but there was "something" within the ISO. For various reasons I had specifically whitelisted the virtual drive which emulated the ISO in my antivirus, so whatever is IN there wouldn't be scanned by the antivirus. But, "the probable virus" generated a fake "explorer.exe" whenever I interact with files within the ISO. Whether by trying to open the setup.exe or any PNG files within the DLC folder. And as I mentioned, it'd generate it inside a random folder in %appdata% (I tested it a few times to figured out that it'd change folder randomly). Since I had only whitelisted the virtual drive itself, the antivirus would still monitor everything else, and it happened to detect the fake "explorer.exe" being generated in %appdata%. With that, I have reasons to believe that there was something in the ISO. The virus name is "Gen:Variant.Zusy.58135". As I said, it generated fake "explorer.exe" within a random folder in %appdata%. It's something to be concerned with, because explorer.exe is literally your Windows Explorer. So generating a fake one would only mean that it wanted to make a fake Windows Explorer to lure you into whatever it wanted to do. And, as I've also said, my Bitdefender detected those fake EXEs and immediately got rid of it, but it couldn't get rid of the file which caused it in the first place because I intentionally whitelisted it. Though fortunately, it'd still get rid of the fake EXEs, so it couldn't do much.
As long as you have a decent anti-virus and have it turned on during extraction and installation, you should be safe (I used Bitdefender Total Security, and I had my faith on the anti-virus than IGG-Games or everyone else's statements, honestly). As far as my experience goes, my anti-virus will simply detect fake explorer.exe being generated and then block it. Then I can simply proceed with the installation. That fake explorer.exe being blocked won't interrupt with the installation.
